I have a 76 year-old shallow well. Occasionally, after heavy rains, I would get a black sediment in the water. I consulted with numerous water specialist in my area could not solve the problem. I cannot recommend this co. First when you call you will not get a person but will immediately be put on hold for an indefinite period. Then if you need a technician they will have to call you back. Sometimes it’s quickly sometimes it’s 2hrs. My system was installed under my sink 2 weeks ago and I’m still having problems. The system will gurgle loudly under my sink for 2hrs after I’ve filled a 16oz glass. Plus I’m disappointed with how the water tastes. Not a happy customer.

Ordered a water test report in December 2025. Have called a few times and they promise to send the report. To this day no report. Terrible customer support.
I experienced terrible customer service. I ordered an item that was never shipped. After waiting over one and a half weeks for shipping I tried calling and left messages. Finally after 2 or 3 days someone returned my call and said the reason my item wasn’t shipped yet was because they had no boxes. What company has no boxes???? I cancelled the order and purchased it from another company. I will never buy anything from clean water store again. I am a very disappointed customer.
