Dont invest the money. it doesnt connect to the phone all the time and when it does, gives you half the information, its a waste of money.. the support team are terrible and not helpful

Beware: Once you pay you will never see your money again. Product: Kids Guard Pro The money-back guarantee is a trap! Even if the product works poorly, they keep your money. So there really is no money-back guarantee. These are crooks! The app promises that it is hidden. Support says it will be hidden after installation. WRONG. The person saw the icon in plain sight - googled it and found it. So, FALSE ADVERTISING! Aside from that, the functionalities are poorly optimize. Even with a great signal, taking a photo is a hit or a miss. When you record the surrounding sound it will only sometimes work. When it works, it needs time to save it and download it - a 15min sound recording will take around 10 minutes on a good connection. So in effect, you cannot record another one so a lot of information is lost. On the phone, GPS itself is great. But using the app, it was slow and sometimes doesn't even work (sync fail) even if signal is good. Not all messages are being intercepted, there are more in the phone and only being reported a few in the dashboard. Not everything is being intercepted in keylogger. That is why the "FAKE" money-back guarantee because they know the app works very poorly. Every competitor is better at support and better app. I should've read all the reviews here first, now, these crooks has happily taken my money.

Their products are advertised wrongly

Their products are advertised wrongly, for example the KidsGuard Pro Andriod was described as 100% undetectable, however there's a new icon that's shown amongst the apps when this is installed. I noticed this maybe 1hr after purchase and cancelled my subscription immediately. I requested a full refund and they declined my full refund and offered me only 30% back, bearing in mind I cancelled within a couple of hours of purchase and product didn't do as it described in being 100% undetectable. I was already disappointed in the product being misleading. But was more disappointed in the customer services afterwards, denying my full refund.

Want to see your child's location, no chance.

Took awhile to get the phone set up for Location. Once set up the Location shows that my child has some how managed to walk 2 miles in a minute. His Location also shows that he is 3 miles away from where he actually is which was in school. I know this as I phoned the school. He is autistic 14y old and with ADHD. He has finally decided to go out after school. This is why I bought it. Have requested refund. But from the reviews I think I might not. Great especially when I am on state benefits because I care for him.

zero should be an option. this is actually theft. as stated DO NOT BUY thinking you can refund if you don't get what you need. they will screw you over and offer 30% which suddenly went to 60% when i asked why they are stealing money instead of pro-rata. the app was good but they upsell you into other apps for all features. there's nothing pro about your pro app if i need another app just to block apps. what a joke. go check out mmguardian they offer a free trial and actually include EVERYTHING they claim to include ( granted its less than clevguard but not much )

Purchased the WhatsApp and android pro…

Purchased the WhatsApp and android pro under 2 accounts. The WhatsApp pro isn’t working and was told that it does not supported WhatsApp business app. I tried download to another phone on normal WhatsApp but still unable to sync any data. As for the android pro, I can only use the locations and recordings. The WhatsApp data can only view some of the messages and was not able to open the media files or voice messages. I was unable to sync any call recordings at all. Already followed all instructions given by them yet still unable to listen to the voice messages which is the one I actually want to track. Useless tracker and is not stated as what they promised. Dun get cheated by their 30 days guarantee refund! They will find all excuses not to refund us! Feel cheated and scammed purchasing a useless application!!

I am unable to download software and can't get refund

I am unable to download software on my child's phone it absolutely will not open the download software. Thus I cannot use it. This would be much easier if it was just an app that you could download from Google Play Store. After 2+ hours of utter frustration I reached out to customer support to cancel my order. They will not cancel my order until tech support looks at it and can't figure it out for themselves. This is really frustrating. I don't have time to sit and troubleshoot with a tech support team for hours on end. I've already wasted enough time on this. I paid for a year subscription and I really wish I would have only paid for a month. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase this you only go with one month first to ensure that it works before proceeding with a year subscription. I am writing this review under a different email address then the one I ordered with because I still have to keep working with tech support to try and get my money back. I will happily update this review if I am able to successfully get a refund.

Even got some troubles on scanning data via Wi-Fi, but supports team are really useful and friendly, they alway reply me and give me recommendation in hours. Thanks to supports team I will consider to purchase more APP from your company

I tried the WhatsApp Kids Pro app. While on first use the features didn't work due to a comparability issue with the target device, ClevGuard support assisted me with my issues and said the problems would be addressed in the next update.

This company is not accredited by the BBB. They have an f rating. I subscribed in 09/22 and had the service until today because I found out they were taking an extra 23.99 out of my checking account at least once in between every month since and sometimes more often. I contacted them and they gave me excuses and ignored the fact that I have the emails of all the extra charges. One charge comes under ClevGuard and the other under Paddle.net. I sent several emails this morning for them to just cancel my subscription and say they will refund me 29.99 which is ridiculous. They steal and should be held accountable. There is no customer service number to contact them and no address to file a complaint under. I wish I would of seen the charges sooner. There was also a report about their app causing a leak personal information that was from the target phone. Cant believe people are allowed to steal and get away with this. Do not trust them. I have all my email receipts to prove them wrong. I pray that I can get my money that is owed to me. Please do your research and you will see all the complaints about service and over charging. How dare they keep stealing without any consequences!

Even though, the answer are not far as we want, they always answer my questions and requests. Thank you and I hope you will improve the software in that area that to day are soft spot.

This app was so frustrating

This app was so frustrating, when I installed it the aps on the target device started appearing differently, and the phone screen changed (so when answering or making a call the option to "add a call" was the only thing seen and it was a pain to bring the keypad and speaker button in. Eventually the camera stopped working as well saying that "the camera is in use by another application". When I removed the device from my clevguard account, everything on the target phone went back to normal... so frustrating.

The app works but easy to tamper with

The app works but easy to tamper with. I use it on a phone and people know it is installed on the phone. But they got a way around it. Somehow they manage to stop it and install it again.... I found modified apk hidden in google files. It's a big issue that needs to be addressed...
