At first the app works with all features then the received messages were unreadable especially on snapchat then outgoing messages were unstable I fixed that then location didn't work or screen capture. I was asked to uninstall and reinstall 4 times and restart the phone 4 times to resolve the problem this did not work at all. Was then asked to change the time to 24 hour clock to resolve the issue which it was already set to and still no joy. Then I was told I had to wait for the app to be update by the creator's and maybe it would work then...bare in mind there is no set time this update/new version will be available. So I've been paying alot of money for ensure my kids wellbeing for an app that only half works...
Update... They did give me a 30% refund for the app not being fully functional

I have bought kids pro guard. It works at first. As a short term solution is ideal. Catches people off guard... But soon enough the user will know something is wrong with their phone. It installs as System Software Update on android. But soon there will be warning messages from android saying it tries to take scteenshots and drains battery in the background. 2 weeks after installing it... Keylogger doesn't record anymore, web browser, screen shots.... Etc... Needs fixing by the developer...

Although KidsGuard pro is supposed to be undetectable it can be easily seen in the settings menu on the device you want to track. Anyone with even a basic ability can see there is something that shouldn’t be there and that it has full access to their phone. Completely pointless. Wish I had known before I purchased.
Also it doesn’t run particularly well, the device had to be accessed several times to get it to sync properly.

I purchased this product and was not able to use it. I reached out to the company after reading the return policy. I made sure to add the reason why I was requesting a refund and matched it with the policy. They originally denied my refund adding a reason from their policy in which they chose to deny. I sent a 2nd email stating the reason again and politely asked them to refund. They denied again. I sent a 3rd email. They replied and refunded 30%. I sent a 4th email thanking them for 30% and asking for 100% as a courtesy. They replied with 50%. I emailed them a 5th time thanking them for 50% and asking them for 100% as a courtesy. The replied and refunded ALL of my money. I emailed them a 6th time thanking them for how they handled the situation.
I made sure that each email contained the reasons for the refund and I did ask them to abide by their policy. I also tried to work with them to resolve my problem. I have no hard feelings. I can’t speak to the software. I never used it. But the customer service was okay if you’re kindly pushy like me.

As the reviews say it's a scam and a rip off and I'm going to make sure I bad review it every place I cam, the worst of it is they advertise to the parents of kids as a parent app
And that's what I used it for and I believe this company has helped put my little girl in danger as I waisted the opertunitu when buying her a new phone to put this rip off on and now it's rubbish and it's intensionly rubbish as it works for the first couple of hours then they obviously boot you off
I'm an ex vet and if I ever find out who runs this show I give you my word they are in some serious danger them selves coz most days I wake up and feel like putting a bullet in my own head and at somr point I will but I'll make sure I take a few ass wipes like this crew with me hopefully I find out were they are working out of and I will just do that after make them fix and refund every one they ripped off,

Hard to install, takes 15 minuts on target phone.
Working Ok from begining. No history in Social apps Viber. BUT, after 1 week related permission turned OFF by them self. I do not have access to device anymore. It is not ok that monitoring demands access to device more times after installing . Not satisfied.

Stolen my money !!!! App only works for a few weeks. They suggest reloading App on target phone which also didn’t work more than a few days. They keep taking my money from my account. Worst product I have ever bought !

Very poor app, worked (sort of) for the first hour or so but then completely stopped working. It's been almost a month and the app just won't update. Asked for support and have been ignored. Suffice to say won't be renewing
