Inital Sales / Contact review
We are a medium sized business and our experience with contacting Cloud Talk was great. Our sales rep / new account manager was always quick to reply even when we where slow. In situations where we where unclear in both contract/ invoice or what to expect the issues where quickly cleared up. Only issues we had was some unclear billing issues that where different from expectations and some contract issues.
