Brijesh was excellent throughout a stressful issue with our WooCommerce website. He investigated thoroughly, explained what he found clearly, and took swift action to block the spam bots that were overloading the server. Communication was prompt, polite and helpful from start to finish. These guys know what they are doing. I'm not tech-savvy at all, and they have been extremely patient with me and vice versa to get to the bottom of a problem I have been experiencing for days. Thanks for getting me back on track with the website. I give 4 instead of 5 only because I think that this issue could have been resolved earlier, but nonetheless, it was sorted!

I wanted to thank the Cloudways support team for their excellent help over the past 3–4 days. Several engineers assisted me with a difficult website issue, and most (bar one) took the time to investigate thoroughly rather than offer generic responses. Along the way they identified a server-side issue that they resolved, helped optimise my website, and ultimately ruled out the hosting as the cause of the remaining problem (Elementor Pro is still the main culprit for a slow website backend!). I really appreciated their professionalism and persistence throughout. Thanks guys and gals.

Instead of applying a temporary fix, he carefully analyzed the MySQL processes, PHP activity, slow queries, server logs, and cache behavior until he identified the root cause. He explained everything clearly, optimized my server settings, enabled the appropriate optimizations, and implemented a targeted solution to stop abusive cache-bypassing requests without affecting my website's normal functionality or SEO.
