I love the ring that I received from Coco jewelry. It’s very high-quality and was sent quickly and the packaging was beautiful. I was able to arrange for a different size once I tried it on and realized that I needed one size larger. It’s hard to write a review for something I never received. GOFO, their delivery service, threw my package into my backyard from the alley behind my house. They claim it was delivered and sent a photo to their company. Who throws a package into the backyard and claims it was delivered? I was looking forward to the 3 bracelets I ordered. I’d submit a photo but there’s no way to do it.

Initially, my order was delivered to the wrong address. I was provided pictures of delivery proof by the customer service line and saw immediately it wasn't delivered to my apartment, but a building nearby. I walked over - they were no help - either they sent it back or threw it out, but it wasn't there. Infuriating, since to see it wasn't for a tenant in their building, they would have seen it was a building a few doors down and could have been redelivered by carrier or neighborly gesture. Anyway, Sarah in customer service not only quickly confirmed my actual address and set the order for reshipment but then followed up once she saw it was delivered to confirm I had received. Wonderful customer service!
When I tried to order my ring there was a glitch in the system and when I went to check out it out the wrong size ring in. I tried emailing right ataw and explained what happened and asked if I could get the size I needed but I got no answer and the small ring arrived. I messaged them right away and they were quick to write back and help me out by sending me the correct size. I love my ring!

I love my new cuff bracelets! I ordered a yellow and a green one, but in fact I then swapped the green one for a white one. They look fabulous. Really elegant and smart, especially against brown skin, but still with the witty message inside which makes me chuckle. Really important to see the humour in life, even in the dark times!! I had excellent customer service from Coco Jewelry who, when I explained that the green was a little too blue for my liking and could I exchange it, offered to send me the white one anyway. I now have one for a friend in need, whenever that time shall come. Which is what life is about!

Poor quality for the money. Bangle a slightly odd shape and had had sharp edges that scraped my arm as I put it on (has taken a week to heal). I would like to return for a refund but based on experiences reported here I’m not optimistic.

I received my order and the bracelet was a different color than I thought I ordered. I email asking about exchanging it for a different color. Great customer service, I received a quick response and was told the correct color would be sent to me. Looking forward to giving the bracelet as a gift to my friend.
Although it took a while, Cocojewlery did take care of my concerns and followed through on their promise to compensate me for my time. They were able to get me the bracelet that I had originally wanted which I really appreciate!
