Highly recommend Done For You program offered.
I was very pleased with the Done For You program offered by CoinLedger. The onboarding process was quick and thorough. My contact person, Jamie White, did a great job steering me through how to get the information needed despite my lack of technical knowledge. He was able to collect and reconcile five years of data, including Celsius bankruptcy losses, and give me US compliant tax forms for multiple accounts. My sincere gratitude for the CoinLedger team!

I hired CoinLedger's Done For You service to reconcile several years of crypto activity across multiple exchanges and wallets for tax filing — a case complicated by staking income and a high volume of transactions. The initial report came back with capital gains considerably higher than I expected, so I pushed back with some detailed questions about the methodology. Jamie White was very responsive and accurate and saved me a ton of money that I would have had to pay in tax to IRS because of the " Missing Cost Basis" that the crypto exchanges does not calculate for the customers. Anyway, Jamie is the go to guy to do your 1099DA and form 8949 problems. Two thumbs up for Jamie and Coinledger Company!!

I've been a client of CoinLedger for more than three years. It took a while to become familiar with the program, but even then, I wasn't always sure when corrections were necessary or how to make them. Each of the first two years I paid for the Expert Review. In both cases I was told that all the problems regarding missing cost basis or incorrect prices, quantities or balances were resolved. But as it turned out, that was not always the case. It wasn't until this last year of working with Yuri Shelepenko that all issues were resolved. His patience with me and perseverance at each step of the month's long process made me more comfortable with the steps necessary to solve problems and the overall result than at any previous time. I am a conservative person when it comes to paying for services, if I can make it happen myself. This year, I decided there was more with my crypto than I wanted to tackle, so thankfully Coin Ledger offered "Done for You" services. I've used the regular Coinledger service in the past and this was the first time I signed up for the Done your Service. From the initial consultation to the conclusion of the service, I had a great experience. Turned My Tax Nightmare into a Win!
My experience with CoinLedger during the 2024 tax season was amazing. When I first reached out, I owed over $70,000 to the IRS and about $28,000 to California. After working with their team, everything changed. I ended up getting an $8,000 federal refund and a $2,000 state refund. I'm still waiting on 2025, but I'm actually excited to see if we'll owe or get more back. I can't say enough good things about their service. Coin Ledger helped simplify an impossible task
Coin Ledger helped take what would otherwise have been an impossible task, to figure out taxes for my thousands upon thousands of transactions over the years, and made it manageable. I would probably give it 4.5 stars, just due to the fact that it was not able to seamlessly connect all of my transactions, deposits, etc, and accurately report the cost basis for some coins... so while the system isn't perfect, and I had to do some troubleshooting, it definitely made it way way more doable. And Farouk Baba, the support person who worked with me, was overall very helpful and had a quick response time 😁

Service horribly degraded on 2026!!
I've been using the service for years. In the past support was excellent via live chat and things just worked. This year the Live Chat is disabled and they are not responding emails. What's worst is that when I export my report and import it to TurboTax I get highly inflated gains compared to what's shown on CoinLedger. Inflated by about 222 million and my gains where less than 80K according to coinledger. I may have to get an extension on my taxes and may sue over this.
