Importing data issue

Karel did not give up on a difficult problem I was having importing data. In the end the problem was resolved.

Using Coinledger is a nightmare

Using Coinledger is a nightmare, with the main problems being: 1. The cost of the stablecoin USDC is set to zero. 2. Transfers from Coinbase Bitcoin-Backed Loans with Morpho cannot be recognized. 3. There is no well-known Fidelity exchange. 4. There is no well-known Figure Markets exchange.

Great platform, excellent service

I have been with CoinLedger for several years. Their platform is very well designed and they have an extensive library of help articles and videos. Their new AI chatbot has been able to answer many of my queries. I especially appreciate the fact that their live help gets back to you quickly and provides the help needed. Recently, Farouk got back to me in one day, was exceptionally quick, pleasant and efficient in resolving an issue for me. Much appreciated!

Did not receive what I purchased

I purchased the Investor plan (up to 1000 transactions) on January 6. The credit card confirmed the transaction. I received the receipt. I went to my Coinledger account and it tells me I still have to upgrade to an investor account to get my downloads. I cannot download the tax reports I paid for. I contacted support twice, once on January 7, and once a little later. It's January 9 now and I log on and it still shows that I did not purchase the investor plan. I still cannot download my tax return. It's been three days since I purchased my first ever plan with this company, and it's not there.

Anyone who has been involved in crypto for a number of years knows the pull-your-hair-out experience of attempting to accurately calculate crypto taxes. It’s no easy task if you have thousands of transactions to import--some from exchanges that, as a US-based investor, won’t even talk to you anymore. But CoinLedger makes it as painless as possible. For me, responsive tech support is pivotal and with the service that Yuri S. has given me, I’m not even looking anywhere else. Go Yuri and CoinLedger!

Coinledger members are wonderful, provide excellent customer service and they know the intricacies of crypto, and I am relieved they provide White Glove service as crypto tax reports require specialized knowledge and for most laypeople this is overwhelming.
