Product size was not properly depicted

Product size was not properly depicted, the gree mini splits we purchased also won’t stay in Fahrenheit it resets to Celsius whenever the remote is used. The thermostat and remote are not user friendly at all. Units are not great at heating and very costly power bill. They do not Automatic shut off when temp is reached.

Warranty

When I pulled up the warranty registration to register the two units, in the fine print it states , THEY DO NOT WARRANT ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OVER THE INTERNET . I called the company an the never called me back. Bottom line no warranty. Even thou the advertising on eBay states the warranty information.

Seller is extremely dishonest

Seller is extremely dishonest, would never buy from them again. Sold A/C units without refrigerant, and claimed they would help with getting it fixed if and only if I dropped a claim I had with Amazon. I did, and they went silent. Would never shop here again. Do yourself a favor and chargeback via your CC company. They helped me get some of my money back.

so i guess after the sale comfort up is done with you, ZERO support with a brand new unit that has failed to operate since day one. Want to buy a Gree? Try getting a hold of tech support, There is none. Two days of leaving messages and no return call. And seeing as they will (if they ever return a call) will only speak to a licensed installer theres now the time he has spent trying to get a hold of someone.. Please do yourself a favor and dont use either Comfort Up or Gree. I know i never will again
