This is a fantastic company. When I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size Gree Ductless system Comfort Up allowed me to return it with no questions asked. I did order another system from them because their customer service is that good and could not be happier. If you are looking for anything related to cooling systems give them a try. Good prices, great service, plenty of models and brands to choose from and on time delivery.
Great customer service, I recent purchased the wrong item and they gave me a return authorization to send back the shipment. I bought two Gree ductless systems and I am very happy with the quality vs my previous Mitsubishi system for half the price!
When buying my 2 units ever thing was great Kevin was great on helping me but after receiving my units l went through the owners manual l found a couple of errors so I called kevin to explain what l found he was very rude I will not purchase any thing from this company again when they get your money they want nothing to do with you
I ordered my Gree tri-zone system on April 5, 2019
I ordered my Gree tri-zone system on the phone and received a few additional discounts compared to ordering online. The sales rep was very helpful in selecting all the right components. He answered all my questions. The free shipping and 0 tax made the price too good to pass up compared to Fujitsu. The system is now installed any performing as expected. I am very pleased so far with this purchase. I found a local HVAC guy to coach me on a few details involving the install and he helped with the evacuation. I even figured out the Wi-Fi connectivity which many people seem to have a problem with. The problem with WiFi connectivity and setup seems to be in the router settings. I have found this to be the case with other WiFi thermostat setups also. My solution was adding a 2nd el-cheapo router dedicated for use only by my thermostats which include the Gree, Honeywell and White Rogers.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong unit and with one simple phone call Comfortup corrected my order and all is well. Great phone service from Comfortup.
