Regarding your concerns about the total amount of debt enrolled, our records show that the account balances reviewed are consistent with the debts enrolled in the program and the account information available to us. We understand it can be frustrating to see remaining balances after making program payments over an extended period of time. However, this is a debt resolution program, and funds deposited into the dedicated account are generally used for settlement negotiations, settlement payments, and applicable program fees. The ledger previously provided reflects full transparency and shows all funds deposited into and disbursed from your dedicated account from enrollment through the present. We want to clarify that from the time your account entered legal status, it was assigned to a dedicated legal negotiator who worked directly with the assigned law firm in an effort to resolve the matter. Unfortunately, not all legal creditors are willing to negotiate, and settlement outcomes are not guaranteed. In this case, the creditor advised in January that resolution would only be possible through a 1 time full balance payment, which this option was provided to you. As disclosed in the enrollment agreement, while we work to negotiate settlements as funds become available in the escrow account, unresolved debts may continue collection activity and can include placement with a law firm for legal action. Sufficient funds must be built in the account before any settlement can be finalized, even if there is not sufficient funds available we will still provide you a settlement offer with additional funds needed if that option is available. Regarding the communication concerns mentioned, we regret any frustration this may have caused. It is never our intention to disconnect a call with any client.
