oscar was very attentive and helpful with Mom's sign up. unfortunately, the remainder was painful as i had to get onto Wellcare more than once to get this moved forward and approved but it is now showing as accepted. just waiting on the documentation from Medicare. this has been extremely painful but Oscar and Connie Health was the best part of this journey.

Finding myself new to Medicare advantage plans, I was referred to Connie Health by my Primary Care doctor. My experience was great. Angel Esponda, the Medicare Advisor who I worked with gave me information and a choice of plans available to me via email and provided me with his direct line in case I had further questions.
After weighing my options and having reached a decision on which Medicare plan I wanted to choose. I reached out to him via telephone. He immediately contacted me and walked me through the sign up process. I was also assured that I could reach out in the future if I needed assistance. This service eased my mind as I am entering a new world of Medicare.
