Absolutely thrilled with my service from Angelina.i didn't have to send my too-small shoes back. But they sent me another pair straight away. I received them in a couple of days. Now… I am usually pretty sceptical of getting new shoes… And taking time to break them in. But these shoes were superb straight away. I highly recommend this company. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I reached out Cosy Island to return shoes that were too small for me. They responded within the same business day and gave me multiple options to exchange/return the shoes. I choose to exchange the shoes with another pair. Not only did they expedite the shipment of the new shoes, but they also let me keep the small ones too! Fisher and Veda both assisted me and gave above and beyond customer service! I'm definitely a FAN and LOVE the new shoes I just got. Getting myself another pair of a different color.

Great heels and customer service
I’m very satisfied with the customer support from Yuna as well as the overall customer experience. I ordered two pairs of heels, however one of the pairs didn’t quite work out for me. Yuna kindly handled the refund and advised that I didn’t need to return the heels, but I could donate them instead. I have ordered twice now and was able to find a great pair of heels both times!

Absolutely the most comfortable heels I have put on, and Veda from Cosy Island customer service is an absolute legend. The best customer service, hands down. One of the pairs of shoes I ordered didn’t fit well, they went above, and beyond with the exchange. Hassle free, super convenient, and the shoes are so comfortable. I have a rare autoimmune disease that has really affected the joints in my feet, as well has made the skin on my feet really delicate. So I really appreciate the soft fabric that the shoes are lined with, as well as the stretchy fabric on the uppers. They really hug your feet, and make you feel like your feet are securely in place. I have found my new favourite shoe brand. After wearing uncomfortable luxury brands for years, my feet can’t handle it anymore. These are absolutely amazing!
