I am a new customer (July 2026) to Cosy Island & I have already purchased 6 pairs. I wanted to buy them over a year ago but was hesitant until my boss told me that she's loves them & are comfy. I bought a pair of shoes and they were just far too high for me and when I reached out to them, I got Zara and then Lola and they both took good care of me and are sending me out a pair that I picked out that should work better and asked me to keep the other pair. Very smooth great customer service thank you and by the way, the most comfortable heels I’ve warm in years!

I am on my third order at Cosy Island and have been very satisfied with the first two pair of shoes the reconciled me with wearing heals again! On my third order, one of the pairs did not fit my large feet, but Zyra from Support was incredible - quick replies, various solutions proposed and issue sorted in no time. When I first saw Cosy Island shoes on Instagram, I was curious, so I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, I fell in love with them! Not only are the shoes great, but the customer service is excellent as well. I had a sizing issue with one of my orders, and one of their customer service agents, Lola, helped me resolve it quickly and professionally. She was an absolute angel. I absolutely love the cozy island shoes! They’re really comfortable, but more importantly their customer service is incredibly attentive! I purchased a pair of shoes that were a bit snug around the toe area and when I reached out, Yuna in customer service responded immediately! She made sure to give me all my options and remedied any situation I had with the snug fitting shoes.
