A gem of a product with amazing customer service. Shopping online, I am used to being ripped off, sold inferior quality items and experiencing non existent customer service. Enter Cozy Island and what a breath of fresh air!! Amazing shoes (so comfy) and off the scale good customer service. A special mention to Tina who found a perfect solution for me when the beautiful shoes I ordered were just too high for me and I wanted to return them from Australia. I re-ordered a lower heel and the shoes are gorgeous. Stylish, comfy and practical too.

Lola from customer service responded very quickly, asked thoughtful and appropriate questions, and processed my return without any issues. They were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I had an issue with my foot and how they fit into the heels of the pumps. The problem wasn’t the heels. It was my actual heel shape. 🫤Angelina took complete care of me and made sure I ended up with a comfortable pair of sling backs that are absolutely gorgeous. She really spent a lot of time back-and-forth with me and accommodated me to a level I’ve never experienced from another company! Thank you, Angelina and Cosyisland.

I previously ordered a pair of boots from Cosy Island Shoes and absolutely loved them, so I went back and ordered three more pairs of heels in the same size. To my surprise, the new shoes fit about half a size smaller. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately came up with a solution. They sent me one replacement pair first to make sure the sizing was perfect before shipping the correct sizes for the remaining two pairs. I let them know the first pair fit like a dream, and they quickly sent the other two. This was hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The entire team was fantastic, and Yuna was absolutely phenomenal with her follow-up and communication every step of the way. I receive compliments on these shoes all the time. I spend all day on my feet for work, and they’re incredibly comfortable. If you’re on the fence, GET THESE SHOES! You won’t regret it. I love the cozy island shoes. They have great quality and they fit perfect. However, the last two pair I ordered were a little tight and the customer service representative named Fisher was very helpful and offering me three different options to make sure that I was happy. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered some shoes that I found I needed a little bigger size so I reached out to customer service. Unfortunately the ones I wanted weren’t available in the size I needed but I was given the option to choose other pairs for a free replacement and could choose for up to $30 more than my original spend. AND I don’t even have to send the other pairs back but can give them to someone who can wear them. Yuna was immediately responsive and thorough in her handling of my issue. The shoes are great and the customer service is top-notch!
