When the shoes arrived they were too large and I asked to exchange them and they gladly sent me another size and told me up keep the ones that were too large. Shoes are great and I can donate the ones that are too large.

I ordered a pair of heels and it was a little big on me. I contacted customer service and dealt with Tina. She's so helpful and have my problem solved. She sent me the exact size I needed and I am extremely happy with it. I am loving the pair I got. They're so comfortable and my feet doesn't hurt. I purchased 2 pairs of heels. One worked and one did not. When I requested a return label, I was told to keep the shoes and donate them and they gave me a full refund! Excellent service above and beyond

First of all, the shoes are great (I'm up to 5 pairs)! I could wear them all day and walk comfortably over a half mile to get coffee from work. Their customer service is also great. I changed my shipping address, but it didn't update on my order for some reason. When I reported it to customer service, they replaced the order for me! Fisher was helpful and I was so happy to have replacements.

I’m very impressed with Cosy Island’s customer service. I had an issue with my order and reached out to them, and Ella & Angelina responded promptly and handled everything so well.
They arranged replacements for both pairs without any hassle and, to my surprise, told me there was no need to go through the trouble of returning the original pairs. The whole experience was handled with such professionalism, generosity and genuine care for the customer.

what customer service!, i got my order of 3 shoes in the post and all my normal size of 7.5US, the two soft bounce fits perfectly but the serpentchic was tight, that style may run small. so Ella from customer service immediately sent me an 8 at my request. And they said I did not have to send the 7.5 back, even though i was prepared for the faff lol.
amazing!, and the shoes are worth it, they're so comfy and look amazing.
