I received my Flora V-Flow Pointed Toe Stiletto Heeled Pumps today in a size 8. Unfortunately, they were a tad too big. I emailed customer service and explained that I needed them for an event in one week. Ella with customer service was extremely professional and helpful and came up with a solution to insure that I had the correct size as quickly as possible. I greatly appreciate the way this was handled and also how quickly it was taken care of. I will be a Cosy Island customer for life. Did I mention... the shoes are gorgeous, and very high quality and so comfortable.

I ordered some shoes that were navy sparkly heels. They are SO pretty!! Sadly, the size 10 is a bit too tight and feels more like a 9.5. Lola, at customer service was prompt in her reply and very kind and helpful!

I received my shoes and they were beautiful. They were just too tight on the top of my foot. I wish they had a 9 1/2… I had to return. They immediately answered my email, as I requested to return them to get a refund.
They responded right away and offered for me to just keep the shoes and donate them or do whatever with them and that I did not have to return. They issued me a full credit to my payment method.
Great company I can’t wait to try a different pair next time!!

I ordered shoes for my daughter’s wedding in a size 8. It was a little big so I quickly reordered a size 7.5 to ensure they arrive on time.
I had to request a refund via email, which isn’t ideal, but they were responsive and Angelina is ensuring I get a full refund.

I bought a pair of shoes from Cozy Island, and when they arrived, they were half a size too small. I emailed customer service, and Angelina replied within five minutes. She confirmed everything immediately and arranged for a replacement pair to be sent out straight away.
I’m still waiting for the replacement to arrive, which should be within the next week or so, but based on my experience so far, I have every confidence it will.
This has genuinely been some of the fastest, most competent and most generous customer service I have ever experienced. The entire process was incredibly easy, and Angelita was absolutely fantastic. Exceptional customer service!
