After seeing so many ads I finally decided to buy a pair for a fancy family event. The shoes are gorgeous. But my feet still hurt after wearing them for 4 hours. So I contacted the company for an exchange and they got back to me immediately. I am so grateful for the quick response and care in making sure I was happy. I recently purchased a pair of shoes from Cosyisland after seeing them on Instagram. Since I had never heard of the company before, I was a little apprehensive about ordering online. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I reached out to customer service, and Ella was absolutely wonderful! She responded to me the very same day, which was incredibly helpful and professional, and made the entire process so easy. I don't normally wear pointed shoes, so I used the website to determine the best sizing and fit. My ideal size was in-between sizes, so I rounded up a size, however when the shoes were delivered, they were too big. I reached out to customer service and Zyra was extremely helpful in getting me the correct size. The shoes were delivered in separate shipments so I had to reach out to customer service twice and Zyra helped me both times.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Loved both, but for one pair, the right shoe strap was a bit too big! They sent me a new pair and let me donate the pair that I had at no cost! Amazing customer service. Wow. I mean Wow. These shoes are SO beautiful and well made. I ordered half a size larger thinking I would be OK and was devastated they were too small. So definitely order one whole size larger than you usually would. I contacted customer service to arrange a return and exchange for the next size up. They responded quickly and sent another pair FREE without having to return the other pair. NO one does that anymore. I am so impressed. Also these soles are very flexible and the square kitten heel makes them easy to walk. The top of the interior foot bed hit my foot oddly but I think that was a size issue. Check them out. I saw them on instagram. Cute shoe choices!
