Fantastic customer service experience with Tina! I emailed after receiving my two pairs of shoes and they were too small as I probably didn't account well enough for the fact that they're pointed toe. Tina organised for a size up in both styles to be sent out to me same day and even said to keep the original pairs to donate which is such fantastic customer service. The shoes are also lovely - I was gutted they were too small as the materials and design are really nice and the heels are actually well padded so they won't pinch or cause pain in the ball of your foot.

Bought 2 pairs of heels, the style and quality are superb but I wish that the comfort is as good too. Gave me blisters after the first wear. Wrote in to ask them about it, and Veda was very patient and efficient. She provided all the help I needed and proceeded with a full refund without a question. Love their after sales service. Needed to exchange size and Fisher was very helpful, professional and courteous. He made the live chat pleasant quick and to the point. Exchange policy is fantastic. This was my first purchase, and I ordered my usual size 9 in both a slingback and pump style. the fit was close but I decided to do an exchange for a half size up. While waiting for a reply and how to do that a delivery of the 9&1/2 in the slingback came. Also they didn't want me to return (for my convenience) but to keep or donate! I have never had this experience and will be placing many orders. The error was mine so size 9&1/2 works perfectly Thank you Ella

Great Customer Service! Very quick and efficient , Zyra was incredibly helpful with the issue I had. I had an issue with the size, and she sent me an extra one size and the shoes were perfect. Wow, I had to return 4 pair of shoes that didn’t fit and I accidentally order double. Fisher was so quick to respond and saw I had accidentally ordered twice. He offered me a variety of options and I chose a full refund. Cosy then offered me 10% off to try another shoe which I will absolutely order. They have figured out customer service! Very grateful!
