Im only leaving the 5 star review as the customer service it top notch. When the heels arrived and I tired them on, they were super tight and not wide foot friendly. When I saw this being advertised it seemed the shoe material had some stretch, it does not. I wear a size 11 but in heels I always get an 11W. I reached out to the company they issued a full refund and told me to give the shoes away. Nice that I dont have to deal with taking it some place to ship but this was not an expectation.

I have ordered more shoes from Cosy Island over the last couple years than I can count and every experience is beyond amazing! Aside from the fact that their shoes are gorgeous and comfortable beyond belief, their Customer Service team is top notch and beyond helpful. I ordered a pair sandals for an upcoming trip and they were a little to small... Fisher helped me with the issue and went above and beyond, even expediting the shipping on my new pair to make sure they arrive before I leave for vacation. Great shoes and an amazing team is why I keep coming back. I'd give ten stars if it was an option!

Gorgeous shoes, professional store, and great customer service!
I ordered 2 pairs of gorgeous shoes from cosyisland. One pair is perfect and flawless. The other is very beautiful, but unfortunately, the bottom straps of the shoes were too tight on my pinky toes which made them too painful to wear. I requested a refund for one of the pairs and was connected with a customer service agent named Ella. She was very kind, professional, and helpful. She provided me with 2 solutions: i could either get a full refund and return the shoes, or exchange them for another pair in the same price range. I chose to exchange them with a lovely pair of ankle boots.
I still haven't received the boots yet since the exchange happened today, but I'm sure they'll work out great. I'll update my review once the boots arrive.

Costumer service is one of the best - Ella&Angelina
Costumer service is one of the best. I bought a pair of heels that were a bit big for me, and they sent me another pair with the right size without penalty - and I didn't have to return the original pair!
I honestly wasn't able to wear the other heels I bought here for long periods of time (as someone who has wide feet), but that's probably because I need to break them in. If you buy the heels with the "wide" option, though, they fit perfectly.

Angelina went above and beyond for me! My shipment was sent to my billing address (not my actual where I live and can receive packages address) and it was entirely MY FAULT!! My auto fill populated the address wildly wrong! But Angelina immediately calmed my fears and worked with me to resolve the issue to a PERFECT solution. I am now a Cozy Island customer FOR LIFE and I've never even stepped foot into a shoe!

Fisher from Coseyisland got back with me immediately after I received a pair of adorable shoes that were too wide in the strap for me. They were so helpful and kind in sending out a brand new style I had chosen that would work better. I have several pairs of coseyisland shoes. They are so cute, comfortable and versatile. I was super bummed when I received the shoes and they were smaller than I had expected. I emailed customer service and they were the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I worked with Angelina and she helped me get the right size. They are here and they fit perfectly! I'm currently wearing them around my home cause I have been anticipating these shoes.
