Starting off, the shoes are beautiful. My only issue was the fit was a bit off for my foot. But customer service was really the star here. I first dealt with Ella, and then Lola✨, both of them were extremely helpful. I couldn't be happier with my experience with cozy island, and would 100% recommend them to anyone. The shoes are gorgeous and their customer service is next level.

I am blown away with the service I’ve received from this company, especially with Fisher. Having received my shoes I decided the heels were too high . I reached out for an exchange and was told to keep the shoes and another pair would be sent to me free of charge. This service I find is exceptional

I dealt with Lola at cosy island shoes and I have to say her customer service was exemplary! I unfortunately wasn't satisfied with my purchase. She not only offered another pair of shoes completely free of charge but I also didn't have to return the original pair. Due to me needing a wide fit shoe there were no other options for me to choose from so a full refund was issued instead. No questions asked. This was all completed very fast and I received the refund within an hour. Very satisfied with the customer service. Gutted the shoes rubbed because they're beautiful 😭 Vicki
