I bought my first pair of Cosy Island Heels and I had some difficulties with them. I reached out to Customer Service by email just to leave them a comment concerning the shoes not expecting anything in return and low and behold Veda reached out to me within 10 minutes of me writing the email and offered me a free replacement in a different shoe style so that I can see if that fits my feet better. I have been eyeing these shoes for a long time and finally decided to purchase a pair. The shoe is absolutely beautiful, but my feet are too wide and it felt tight. When I went to return them, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service. Fisher- the agent that I interacted with said they would give me a full refund, and I could keep the shoes and donate them to a friend if I chose to. Thank you Fisher and Cosy Island! I will also try and find a different pair and size that might fit my feet better

What a truly great experience with Cosyisland. I bought some brown mules in a size 10. They unfortunately didn't fit. When I reached out about getting a bigger size, they were super fast to respond. They didn't have a larger size as they were sold out. The provided alternative shoes for me to consider. But I didn't like any. They offered me a full refund back no questions asked. Incredible brand - shows are just incredibly comfortable and beautiful and their customer service is second to none. I have asked for a shoe to be exchanged as the one delivered was a bit high in terms of a heel etc and they send an exchange shoe and did not take the original back and said I could just donate it or keep it. I have recommended this brand to all my friends now and I would encourage everyone to please shop here - you will not regret it!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from CosyIsland and they are really nice and looked great on however the size wasnt quite right one was too small and one was too big and also I didn't consider the height of the style I chose. I emailed Customer service and received a prompt response from Tina. She was so super helpful and asked me what id like to exchange it for. Next thing I know Tina advised she has organised the new shoes and didn't want to inconvenience me further so said to keep the shoes i already have and to donate them if I couldn't find use for them! I would highly recommend this brand for comfortable and stylish shoes. I ordered 2 pairs and needed to exchange one pair for a different style. Yuna reached out right away responding to my email and was a tremendous help in getting the new pair out right away. The shoes are excellent quality and very stylish making them easy to dress up or down and wear for etended periods of time. I will be ordering more soon!
