I have purchased 6 pairs of shoes so far from cosy island and love them . Last pair were not comfortable and customer service has been amazing , they were prompt with their reply and are sending me out another pair half a size bigger to try at no cost . Amazing company and shoes !

The experience did not start off well but ended positive. I ordered two pairs of heels from this brand. The order arrived in two shipments. When the first pair arrived and did not fit at all, the order screen at that time stated no returns were available. That was upsetting due to the cost. Lola in customer service reached out and said the message was not technically correct and was in error. It was designed to process returns after receipt of all parts of the order. The clarification was appreciated. Also, I want to be clear that the product is well made and both shoes had a beautiful overall appearance. I used the size chart and measured my foot having over a half-inch to spare. Unfortunately, both pairs were too small but also too big. Just the oddest fit for both styles. The toe box seems to be slightly too close to the arch, causing a lot of weight to be distributed over the forefoot (or medial [inner] side of the foot), which then caused the foot to be jammed into the end of the shoe with the heel then slipping on each step regardless of the use of heel cushions. It was disappointing. And I have never had a shoe fit like this. Like most women, I own a ton of shoes. The customer service agent, Lola, again stepped in and offered options. In the end, I went with asking for a refund and received a timely and satisfactory response. I hope the company works on the biomechanics of the fit of this shoe because if it could resolve that, it would be a game changer in style for those of us who still have to wear heels to work everyday.

Amazing customer service. Answered my questions and resolved my sizing issue within 24 hours. Love the comfort of all shoes I have bought with Cosyisland. My issue was the pointed toe was too long for my body so it didn’t look right but I’m five feet tall with size 8 feet so it isn’t the shoe. Lola was amazing. She helped me find a replacement with my specific needs quickly.

First of all, I want to begin by saying I was a little skeptical of the brand until I got my first pair of shoes! These are the most comfortable stilettos I own. These are the most comfortable and beautiful shoes. I bought the low heels and haven't worn heels for years. So easy to walk in and my feet didn't hurt at the end of the day. I loved the first pair so much I bought 2 other colors and 4 other styles. Unfortunately the ones with closed backs were one size too small. After contacting customer support and messaging with Fisher, they sent the next size up in those styles quickly and with no hassle. Well worth the price, quality product and fantastic customer service!!! I will definitely be buying again and highly recommend!

They have their customer service is on point. Not only are they fast with their responses, they know how to make things right. I ordered 2 shoes, same style, different color and boy are these shoes comfortable! My only issue was the strap on my toes was too tight. They tried sending me half a size up first and then eventually gave me a refund because it wasn’t the size of the shoe. It was the strap. Amazing Customer Service 5 stars

Customer service is awesome. This was my first order with Cosy Island and with most shoes purchased online I was hesitant. The shoe comfort is AMAZING. I don’t normally wear heels because of the discomfort but I can see myself wearing these for a full work day. Unfortunately, the shoe was slightly too big. I contacted customer service to do a refund (there was a pen/marker stain on one shoe) and I needed a smaller size. I got a response in less than five minutes telling me the smaller size was on its way and there was no need to send the original shoe back! I hope to find someone who will fit them so they can experience the Cosy Island comfort!
