These are exceptionally well-made shoes. I was truly impressed by the craftsmanship, and they're certainly stylish as well. I'm not aware of any other shoe on the market that is this comfortable and on-trend, so I think these are an exceptional value. And I have a huge shout-out for their customer service as well. I somehow overlooked the fact that some of their styles come in a wide width. When I realized I needed to make an exchange, I had white-glove treatment from a customer service rep named Veda. She was incredibly helpful and pointed me towards a better-fitting shoe and in every way addressed my questions & concerns. In fact, I would say that Veda's top-notch service is what kept me as a customer. I give Cosy Island an A+++++ and will definitely order from them again in the future.

I purchased five pairs of shoes. I have larger feet and so I wanted to make sure that the fit was comfortable. I tried them on, and although they are not exceptionally comfortable like the brand claims, they are adequate and will serve their purpose— though far overpriced for their quality.
I went to go return the pairs that I was not going to be keeping. On the website, they list a 30-day return window. When I went to go return the shoes that I did not want to keep, my tracking order said that they were not able to be returned. So, I emailed the company and stated that I would like to return the shoes that did not fit. They responded and said that they would refund me half of what I had paid and that I could keep the shoes that I didn’t want. I don’t want ANY of them now because I’m so irritated. Stand behind your product.
I advise against this company with every fiber of my being. The shoes are average at best in their construction and quality. They also are not exceptionally comfortable like they claim to be.
If I could recommend zero out of five stars, I would.

Just make sure you order your correct size. Because they dont do returns. I ordered a size 5 1/2 the same day 10 minutes later I realized I ordered the incorrect size. When I asked about a return they offered to send the correct size I explain that I had already reordered the size I needed. Horrible return policy. For a company that operates online your return policy needs to be improved.

The original heels I ordered were a bit too big in length but the width fit great. After contacting customer service about an exchange, Lola helped me identify a different yet similar style that would fit better for me. She listened carefully, understood my issues, and provided an amazing experience! She offered to ship a new pair with me having to return the original heels.
PS. My original order was for 2 pairs of heels and the other one fit perfect and is super cute!
