What people say

I previously left a raving review…

I previously left a raving review about CC360, and generally, I have had a phenomenal experience with them; however... When it came time to leave CC360, that's when the troubles began... Apparently (and I found this out the hard way) in the fine print terms and conditions, there's a little clause that says something akin to "we own you. we own your data. if you want to move, you're going to have to pay us a lot of money - much like you would if your child were kidnapped." Now... that might seem a little harsh, so here's what it really says (as of 4/6/2026 - seems like they changed it again a few days ago...): "Course Creator 360 (CC360) provides access to proprietary templates, AI buildouts, premium support, coaching calls, an entire suite of online education (courses), done-for-you buildouts and other resources as part of its software subscription. These are included in the suite of intellectual property offered upon joining our software, along with support, education, coaching, and more. "We reserve the right to decline any requests to transfer any content whatsoever from within your CC360 sub-account to Go High Level or any other third-party platform. This includes—but is not limited to—all funnels, landing pages, websites, automations, emails, templates, and any other type of content you create within our software, whether derived from CC360-provided resources or built entirely by you. "By choosing to join CC360, you acknowledge and agree that part of the service you are paying for includes access to our exclusive resources and software infrastructure, which may not be available or compatible outside of our platform. As such, any requests for transferring these resources or any user-created content to other platforms are declined by default. This policy aligns with common industry practice: just as platforms like Kajabi, Wix, Skool, Clickfunnels, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, and more do not provide full-service migrations to help users move off their platforms, CC360 is likewise under no obligation to facilitate or assist in transferring any content to a competitor’s software. Should you choose to cancel your subscription and move to Go High Level or any other platform, you must rebuild or recreate your assets from scratch, just as you would when migrating from all other platforms on the market. "The only potential exception we are open to consider (but do not guarantee) is that you may pay for a year’s worth of our premium plan (totaling $1,764, which is $147 x 12 months). Upon completing this payment in full, a transfer may be made. Any such transfer remains subject to CC360’s sole discretion and is not automatically granted." So... what this means is that they own you and they WILL charge you an arm and a leg to transfer your OWN content. Even if you never attended the coaching calls, used their templates, or never used their support ... For such a great team to have such a poor level of service for those who have legitimate needs to depart their services is ... really a shame... If you never plan on leaving them, you're going to love them, but the breakup will result in heartbreak if you do.

Hi Preston, thank you for your feedback, and we're glad your overall experience with CC360 was a positive one. We want to be straightforward with anyone reading this: our content portability policy is included in our terms of service, and we do our best to ensure members are aware of it. The policy reflects the reality that much of what's built inside CC360 is powered by proprietary infrastructure, templates, and resources, not standalone files that can simply be exported. We recognize this policy isn't the right fit for everyone, and we respect that. Our goal is to be the last platform our members ever need, but we understand that circumstances change. If you'd like to discuss your specific situation further, please reach out to our support team directly. We're always willing to listen.

Tons of useful info

Tons of useful info There is a huge amount of information on the CC360 site, the tech and coaching calls have been useful, and the customer service has been excellent. Ray has answered questions and fixed issues quickly and professionally. The platform has a huge learning curve and they could really use an editor, as well as someone to make sure training videos etc are kept up to date - otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

5-Star Customer Service

I had an issue come up with my account, and I want to publicly recognize Course Creator 360 for the outstanding way their team handled it. Their support team responded promptly, investigated the matter thoroughly, and resolved everything quickly and professionally. What stood out most was how respectful, clear, and efficient they were throughout the process. It is rare to find a company that handles customer concerns with this level of professionalism and integrity, and I truly appreciated it. At this time, the platform is not the right fit for my current needs, but that is simply a matter of fit, not a reflection of the company or its service. Based on my experience with their team, I would absolutely feel confident doing business with Course Creator 360 in the future if my needs change. This experience left me with a very positive impression of the company. They proved themselves to be trustworthy, responsive, and committed to taking care of their customers. I also plan to continue following both Course Creator 360 and Stockton’s educational content online. Highly recommend based on the quality of their customer service alone.

I worked with CC360 representative…

I worked with CC360 representative Kyell Delos Reyes who was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable and along with this great that product CC360 provides, he is the reason I decided to move forward with working with them. When you join CC360 find a way to connect with him - he is an incredible source of support!

I sought help making a digital course…

I sought help making a digital course to sell online. They sent me an intake form to describe my niche that my course is based on. The niche report sent back to me was based on marketplace demand, need, and competition and potential future income based on data . My niche is wellness based, and my score indicated 7.2/10 which meant yes move forward. Due to my sensitive topic to help certain people I believe the report and curriculum that followed is psychologically and economically sound. It takes a wholistic approach to help someone in their mind, spirit and body. I rate this 10/10.

I have used many softwares, but nothing comes close to CC360

I have used many softwares, tools, and subscriptions to manage and distribute my services and products online - and Course Creator 360 is BY FAR the best. Before CC360 it would take about 5-6 different integrations and tools to do what I am currently doing with just a single account inside of CC360. There's still a ton of features and abilities I haven't even utilized yet, and I'm already more than happy with my decision.

The onboarding process was smooth

The onboarding process was smooth, Victor assisted me throughout the process. He was very professional and patient. My experience with the platform and support so far is awesome, you are never left alone to figure things out, I still have a long way to go and looking forward to the Journey.

I had an issue

I had an issue. It wasn’t Course Creators fault it problem really. As always they not only reached out in what seemed like (was) in minutes and set everything up. I worked with Victor and at the end of our zoom I literally told him he was a magician. It was like watching a code/ internet magic show. He was able to make all the changes quickly right in front of my eyes and in the end everything worked perfectly what I saw him do was not really impressive, but I couldn’t have done that in 100 years and I come from an old programming background just no way that I could be happier with Course Creator 360 and the class and knowledge of their staff.

Misled - Ignored | Would not recommend.

So, during my onboarding call before purchasing a subscription, I was told by a team member that I would be able to achieve a very specific need/goal natively, without issue: create video libraries for my membership. This was important to me because none of the other LMS platforms allowed me to do this without stuffing videos into a "course," which looks clunky and creates many user accessibility and navigation issues, along with confusion for members. It turns out you can't actually do this natively, and I did not figure that out until after the first month of my subscription had passed. I tried diligently to sort out a workaround and decided to go the course route. I customized my course per their knowledge base to an acceptable place, only to find out that the course customizations don't carry over to mobile and only work on desktop. The mobile versions all default to the same layout and aesthetic. Once again, I was extremely disappointed. I raised the issue and was told that a ticket had been submitted to the dev team about the issue but there was no answer as to whether or not the functionality would be made available to users of CC360, nor any sort of timeline for said fix. This left me in a position where I could not move forward with using the platform for my membership. I reached out via email support after getting the runaround from chat support and being disconnected mid-chat multiple times, and posted on the community/support forum, only to be ignored after clearly stating my issues and even providing images/graphics that clearly illustrate the problem. Email support assured me that they would help me find a path forward and suggested 3 possible options. When I inquired about how those options would work, I was told I needed to join their weekly tech call to address the issues. During the call, the team members, the same one who told me I could create video libraries natively during my onboarding which was false, basically told me the way he would go about creating a library would simply be to use a course... I spent hours and days of my time trying to make the software work for my needs, despite being misled, and did my best to reach out to support time and time again only to be ignored, given the run around, or to be told the solution to my issue was to do things in a way that I specifically expressed I did not want to do for a plethora of reasons. I purchased my subscription during the Black Friday sale last year and didn't get around to digging into the software until January as life and business were terribly chaotic. Despite the crappy experience, I would have been fine to simply part ways if I would have been offered some sort of refund given how things unfolded: though I ended up paying for three months, even a single month would have been a decent gesture since I was misled to begin with and then given no clear-cut path forward to be able to use and implement the software for my needs. Of course, I ended up getting the corporate-speak about their refund policy, which states that requests must be made within 30 days... This is a small company where the owner is actively involved, and I feel like some sort of consideration would have been reasonable and called for. The software and system have a lot to offer, especially at the price point, but my experience during onboarding and subsequently with the team left a bad taste in my mouth, given their stance on being dedicated to supporting creatives and the community. Bummed that I couldn't make it work, that there was no legit support to work out the issues, and that I wasn't able to recoup any of the money spent on something that proved to be unworkable, outside of the lost time, frustration, etc.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sincerely sorry that your onboarding, support, and product experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to invest time trying to build within the platform, only to feel that the functionality, guidance, and follow-up support did not align with what was originally communicated. Your feedback around onboarding expectations, mobile limitations, support responsiveness, and the handling of your refund request is being taken seriously. While our team does operate within established policies, we understand that your situation felt more complex and warranted greater care and clarity. We appreciate your honest feedback and your acknowledgment that the platform offers value in many areas. Even so, we recognize that this does not change the experience you had with us. Feedback like yours is important and helps us improve how we communicate, support, and serve our customers going forward.
