Finally tracking we rely on

We run a marketplace business where we track new user sign-ups, purchases, and calls across multiple advertising channels. Before using Hyros, our biggest issue was inaccurate attribution. We were running multi-channel campaigns, and each advertising platform was attributing conversions to itself, which made it difficult to understand which channels were actually driving new users, purchases, and qualified leads. This also made it harder to identify wasted ad spend and make confident optimization decisions. Hyros solved this by giving us a much clearer and more granular view of the entire customer journey. We can see the first source, additional touchpoints, emails, final source, and what the user eventually does on the platform. This has helped us understand which channels are genuinely contributing to sign-ups and purchases without relying on duplicated conversion data across platforms. The onboarding experience was also excellent. We have VIP support, and the team made sure everything was set up correctly and that the tracking was accurate from the beginning. They offered as many calls as necessary to verify the implementation, attribution, and data on our side. The biggest impact has been on our ROI and ROAS. We were able to identify platforms and campaigns that were receiving credit for conversions but were not actually contributing enough value. This helped us reduce wasted ad spend, shift budget toward better-performing sources, and significantly improve overall ROI. We also gained much better visibility into where our highest-quality users and purchasers were coming from. The support has been outstanding as well. Vlad has been extremely responsive and proactive. He has not only helped us whenever we needed a call, but has also independently investigated our account, identified potential issues, and reached out with recommendations. The team genuinely seems invested not only in accurate tracking, but also in helping us improve our advertising performance and return on ad spend.

HYROS has completely changed the way I understand my business.

I run Le Glow Studio, an online education platform offering facial massage and face yoga programs. Before HYROS, one of my biggest challenges was simply not knowing exactly where my revenue was coming from. I could see that I was making sales, but I didn’t have a clear picture of which platforms and content were actually driving them. Now I can see exactly where my sales are coming from, which makes it so much easier to know where to focus my time, energy, and advertising budget. For example, I was planning to start running Meta ads, but HYROS showed me that around 90% of my sales are currently coming from YouTube. That insight alone completely changed my advertising strategy and allowed me to focus on what is already working. The onboarding experience has also been amazing. I’ve been working with Denisa, and she has been incredibly hands-on, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. What I really appreciate is that the support feels very human. Denisa has been incredible to work with! From the demo call to the VIP onboarding, she has been knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. Having a dedicated person to help us navigate HYROS has made such a difference, and it's clear she genuinely wants her customers to succeed. We've had such a great experience with HYROS. I was looking for a better way to understand our traffic, attribution, and customer acquisition. I didn't realize how much Meta could miss, so I'm so thankful we now have HYROS to give us a much clearer picture of what's actually driving our sales. Turning Data Into Better Decisions

As a mortgage company, our sales cycle is long, so having accurate attribution across the entire customer journey is critical. We needed a solution that could reliably track every touchpoint from lead to closed loan. Before Hyros, we relied on a highly customized CRM to track lead sources, but we constantly ran into attribution issues and inaccurate sourcing. We needed a dedicated attribution platform that offered the flexibility to customize dashboards, widgets, custom fields, and configurations to fit our business. Working with Vlad, Daniel, Marius, and the Hyros team, we were able to build an implementation tailored to our needs. Best onboarding experience ever with Denisa Denisa made our VIP onboarding experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. She is super professional, knows HYROS inside and out, and answered every technical question we had—from tracking setup and integrations to troubleshooting. She always responds quickly, is extremely reliable, and makes even complicated topics easy to understand. She kept every call focused and saved us so much time. Without her help, it would have taken us forever to figure everything out. We are incredibly grateful for her support! I am running a course creator business and we always had issues to spot the most profitable ads for scaling. Now we always see which email campaign, ad and even which IG Story is bringing us sales. Jaime really helped me work out step by step on tracking a non‑API integrated platform. Given the platform lacks native API connectivity, setting up accurate tracking came with lots of hidden constraints. Jaime broke down the whole implementation process clearly, pointed out potential data gaps ahead of time, and supported me through multiple rounds of testing and adjustment. His hands‑on support significantly accelerated our implementation, and we finally achieved stable, usable tracking results for our campaign performance measurement.

The best ad tracking software I have used

We run various businesses, mainly coaching and Ecom. Booking sales calls and selling online products. We were struggling with the ability to track all of our ads with accuracy. Hyros helped improve attribution and tracking between multiple ad platforms. We run a 5X ROAS. The team has been super helpful, especially Vlad Balut! Super fast response times and always there to help.

Hyros has been great so far

We've had a great experience with HYROS. We run a hair extension company, and before using HYROS, it was difficult to accurately understand the full customer journey and know which marketing efforts were actually driving sales. Since implementing HYROS, we've been able to see the customer journey much more clearly and make decisions based on accurate attribution instead of guesswork. It's given us much more confidence in our reporting and how we analyze our marketing performance. A huge shoutout to our rep, Denisa, who has been incredible throughout the process. She's taken the time to walk us through the reporting, explain the customer journey, and help us understand how to analyze all of the data coming in. Online coaching business review of Hyros

We run an online coaching business, with mostly organic traffic from Youtube and some paid ads to supplement that. Before using Hyros I never knew where sales were coming from, even organically. But now that I do I can make more of the content that converts to sales, which is not always the content that does well by Youtube standards. But my priority is sales, so Youtubes metrics mean very little to me. So I am now able to see exactly where sales are coming from, from all sources. And as we have started doing more paid ads, its critical so see which ads actually lead to sales. And I can even see the whole picture, like when an ad leads to a sale, but an organic video helped, and vice versa. The business as a whole is at an 8.07 > 1 ROI, and Hyros tells me that right in the dashboard which is very helpful. Not to mention the way Hyros has helped us dial in our marketing system as a whole. And Vlad is always a DM away and ready to help. And in the rare case he needs to escalate my question, he connects me with the right person. I recently hopped on a Zoom call with Cosmin who was also super professional and helpful. Great group of people working there for sure! :-)

Hyros has been a game changer

Hyros has been a game changer for launching our ecomm business. The service and ongoing support from the team has also been amazing, specifically Raoul and Alexander. These guys are problem-solving wizards and are a huge asset to the Hyros team. With Hyros we have been able to have a more accurate understanding of our CPA and full attribution tracking to optimise our Meta Ads.

Hidden value?

Honestly the most valuable part of Hyro is in the tracking. It's the access to their amazing customer support team, not only on the tracking side but also the consult you get with a senior media buyer when you first come on and the insights they give you. Big shout out to Felix specifically.

As a software

As a software, it works perfectly fine. I would just like to have more details on the Lead Journey side, if i could export it then it would be a 10 star review. But not only that, the support is always amazing two. I use it with multiple clients and they always rock. Shout out to Marcelo and Marko. Love it!

Hyros simplifies buying decisions

Hyros has been great when it comes to accurate tracking. The best feature is the Hyros overlay which makes media buying decisions easier to make.

A must-have for serious media buyers

I manage over $1 million a month in ad spend across multiple clients, and Hyros has become a critical part of my marketing stack for every single client. At this level, accurate attribution isn’t optional. It directly impacts where I invest budget and which creative will scale campaigns. Hyros gives me far more confidence in my data than relying on platform reporting alone. The visibility into the customer journey and revenue attribution has helped me make better optimization decisions and identify what’s actually driving results. If you’re running paid traffic at any meaningful scale and want a clearer picture of performance, I highly recommend Hyros. I’ve used it for a for over 5 years across many clients, and it’s easily one of the most valuable tools I use.

Best attribution tool + the best support we've had

We started using Hyros a little over a year ago for one client account, then started using it on another. If you're a data-driven person and love getting lost in the data and making decisions that way, Hyros is absolutely needed. It's helped us make so many important scaling decisions because we get the full picture of the customer journey. On top of that, I have to say they have the best support out there. Every time I have a question or an issue (because I set something up wrong), the SAME account manager, Marcelo, is always there to help. He shoots Looms and always works with me to solve my issues or show me how to do something. The same person for over a year is unmatched in the SaaS world. I think its also important to note that we've never used an attribution tool before. We learned it all from scratch, how to set it up and integrate it all, from their comprehensive setup docs and videos (plus asking the all so helpful Marcelo). Separate from the product, Alex Becker's YouTube content is also so so helpful. Hyros has become one of those products we'll never cancel because it's a necessity. It'll never be in a budget-cut conversation. Highly recommend.

Good tracking software

Good tracking software, if you're spending money in instagram specially 400/day+ this is a must. Whenever I've had questions or concerns about something, their support is amazing too. Ask for Milos always. I've gone through certain glitches that would take ages to fix. He did it in a few seconds.

Improved tracking, better optimization

I run a performance marketing agency managing paid ads for eCommerce and lead generation businesses. Before HYROS, cross-channel attribution and tracking were the main challenge. It was difficult to understand exactly which campaigns were driving results. HYROS helped us improve attribution accuracy and gave us much clearer insights into customer journeys and revenue sources.
