Feeling ripped off. The fees are way too high for what you get, and they sneak in extra charges without clear warnings. Using their site is more frustrating than helpful; finding anything useful is a wild goose chase. Customer service is practically nonexistent. The content, which is supposed to be their selling point, is outdated, sometimes wrong, and easily found elsewhere for free. It's not worth the hassle or the money. You're better off using other resources that are actually helpful and transparent about costs. Total letdown.
