I would give this company a 1, if I could. The subscription is not really a monthly subscription. Their terms are not presented when you activate your account. The material and answers are mostly inaccurate and you are literally charged a monthly fee and by the question. Buyer beware!
This company is a scam. They just closed my account without any prior notice before withdrawal time. And even after verification they said I violated the rules. I worked day and night and this is what I get. This company is a total fraud. I'm going to file a complaint with the help of my cousin who is in US. They have cheated so many people and this needs to stop.

Course Hero encourages contract cheating and plagiarism. Providing answers to assignments for other students amounts to academic misconduct. When detected by a University, the resultant academic misconduct record may lead to a student being unable to enter their chosen profession.
Charged me twice, I asked for a refund bc I was unaware of the recurring membership, completely rejected. It seems their motto capitalizes on money over actual usefulness and learning. No customer service present.

Too many low quality docs uploaded and you can't tell if it's what you actually are looking for unless you pay. No renewal reminders, just charge your card without warning.

This company is a ripoff. They give just enough information to tease you into paying for the full answer. However, after payment it's revealed that they have only a partial answer. They did not respond to my multiple inquiries or request for a refund. Ghosted! I challenged the charge with my bank but they fought that as well.
Very unprofessional. Taking your content selling it on their site and you can't view none of their content. I have asked to remove my content but they just don't care instead trying to state the agreement terms of use. They are forgetting about GDPR. My helpful rate was more than 100% and I worked very hard. I made $370 but when the time of withdrawal came they closed my account without any reason. They are scammers. One day God will punish them as they are not giving tutors hard earned money.
I paid $30 for a subscription thinking I had it the hole month so that when my daughter had questions about homework I could get some sample responses to help. No where when I was purchasing the membership did it tell me I only got 30 unlocks do you know how many you have to unlock to fine just one where it looked like the person who submitted them had some common sense this is priced way to high use brainly it’s $10 a month unlimited questions and answers

What a terrible decision I made by signing up for this. Nothing I saw was what I would consider university level, so I canceled. Despite canceling on the website, I was charged for a second month. I wrote customer service, who told me that I didn't cancel in time for a refund for the second month. I felt this was wrong, but I sucked it up. Now, I'm being charged again... I don't know what I'm going to do to get their hands out of my bank account. Its not right to do this to students. They should be ashamed.
I signed up for the site, to see sample responses to certain questions, to get some ideas for a term paper. Instead of showing content, even after subscribing and signing in, you never see the entire answer. The screen is blocked with annoying javascript code that continues to hide the entire answers, so why pay for it? Site is unusable and the answers would likely be very helpful if they ever let you see the answers. Don't bother.

Fraud company. Doesn’t pay their tutors who help the students. Disables tutor accounts without any reason and proof of misconduct. Forfeits all the hard earned money of tutors.
I have to give Course Hero a 1 star rating! I’m beyond disappointed and stating it nicely. For one the site ploys you to believe you only need to pay 3.99 for your first few months, that was not the case. After submitting my card information I was billed 47 dollars. Which on the site they state that is how much you’d pay annually not monthly. And the answer to my homework assignment was subpar at best it provided no help to me and did not seem to be checked by any certified professional. This site is absolutely just a cash grab for already struggling students. Do not use or pay for this site.
