Covercy went above and beyond in helping my dad move funds to the US. The service was exceptional—far exceeding our expectations. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Super recommended for anyone needing to send money abroad!

Thank you for the strong recommendation. We love that our platform helps your family.
I use Covercy regularly to make payments across Europe. Really simple process always with thorough checks, which is important for my line of business, plus they offer competitive exchange rates. Would highly recommend.
Very cumbersome process of money transfer. Not all requirements are mentioned upfront and by the time you get to transfer the money - the exchange rate had changed.... I used a different- easy, legal and reliable provider.
I just read the previous review- and had the feeling I experienced the same issue....
Unclear requirements although the regulator is pretty clear on what’s needed.
An uncommunicated delay in bank holidays made them charge me for additional 1000 DKK.
They are also a bit more expensive than competitors
BEWARE - Covercy does not even deserve one star - terrible service, several attempts at a transfer that should have succeeded on first attempt. Subsequently after several additional mistakes I received money back into my account only to see over 1,500 shekel less. I am currently investigating this - Covercy received all the adequate information for this transfer to succeed the first time. Worse than the money lost is the valuable time and effort trying to get the transfer through.
Dishonest.
They give you one rate, and then let you know that it didn’t go in, and charge you a higher rate later on. Unprofessional, a money making scheme. Stay away.
Sent a payment from Israel to Hungary for purchasing real estate. The fees and exchange rate were lower than any bank offered. Transaction went through in a few days. Overall happy with the experience.
locked in my rates, transferred the funds immediately, got a call today after 3 days that rates have changed, and now I can choose to lose money or to get my money back into my bank account and forfeit the transfer, this is absolutely rubbish service.
avoid at all cost!!
will never use it again.

Hi Guy,
Thank you for reaching out and letting us know. I'm sorry about the issue with the exchange rate. We are trying to provide our clients the best rates and service but sometimes there are external forces and we are required to make adjustments accordingly.
We clearly communicate our policy and inform our customers throughout the transfer process and while submitting the transfer in our website, that changes may occur in the exchange rate due to changes in the spot rate due to market fluctuations.
Unfortunately I know it will not improve your feelings, but we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in the transfer process through us.
Great for transfers from ILS to USD
I've used Covercy for the past couple of years and always had good experiences. This past month, June 2019, it took longer than usual to transfer the funds. Neta from Covercy was great and helped me in English to resolve the issue. Now the transfer has been approved.
Takes forever. Plan for 2 weeks and 50 emails before you get your transfer complete. Did two full transfers with transferwise in less time it takes then to approve my money is in there bank. Still waiting over 5 days after I've moved the money to then.
lot's of things are unclear, the rate exchange was changed 3 times: before, when I check the rate, during the transfer and finally before the final approval

Dear Customer,
We at Covercy believe in transparency as a way to create trust with our customers. Therefore, we provide full viability on your deal rate in the deal confirmation page before submitting your transaction. This page also notes that this rate will remain without a change for 2 business days from the time you submit your transaction by clicking "Confirm and create transfer" button. As you may understand, for obvious risk management reasons, we cannot hold currency rates for a longer period (or from a time prior the actual submission of your transaction). That being said, we see ourselves as a Customer-First company and therefore apologize for any inconvenience. We invite you to contact our Support Team at [email protected] and we trust we could reach to a reasonable solution together :)
