Good support, fast transfer

I used covercy to transfer funds between my account in Israel and my account in Canada. I had a few problems to setup the transaction, and the response I received from customer support was immediate. Afterwards, it was straightforward, and took only a couple of days for the transfer to complete.

The overall costs were cheaper than…

The overall costs were cheaper than transferring via bank so I will use them again. However, the transfer took 6 days (comparison bank transfer was overnight). They had emailed me that my ID docs were received OK but when I logged the system said that I needed to resubmit - that may have delayed the transfer by a day: was a bit annoying that they didn't notify me. All good in the end though.

User friendly, easy and simple

The amount required for each transfer is a bit high in my opinion but that every other aspect was excellent. The web is user friendly and the process is easy and simple. the transfer was quick and with out any surprises.

Smooth, fast, efficient transaction start to end

Generally all the transfer including opening the account went smooth, fast and efficient. my rating for the whole process, start to end is 5. The reason not giving 5 is that there were extra costs charged by the receiving bank I was not aware of before executing the transaction, and there was no warning by Covercy that such charges could be applied, as a result I could not calculate the full cost in advance. Yet, I do recommend Covercy very positively.

They do everything to my satisfaction

They do everything to my satisfaction. Transfers are made quickly even when problems arise. Their representatives are very helpful in e-mail and on the phone and solve every problem quickly.
