Starting from beginning
Starting from beginning. Got it all set up and working. All seems good. Leave for work, get a notification that someone is at the door. Hit the icon on the notification. It sends me to log in page. Even thou I'm already logged in and everything is set up. I do it again. By the time I get logged in the person is already gone. I figured it's something normal since it's a new setup. But no. I get another notification that someone is walking in my yard. I hit the icon, same thing. By the time I log in they are gone. So I go to check my video clips that are saved. Half of them won't load. Perfect service. WiFi connected. Been using it for a while now. If you can call call it that. Just went camping. Half of notifications were missed. When I got home I checked and had a few people come by that I didn't get notified on. My honest opinion on this system, pay a little more and get a better system.

Sensor & Camera Update
Jamal from customer service provided great support and was very understanding of the whole situation that took place. He assisted me with configuring one of my indoor cameras and assisted with placing an order for a new camera so I can validate which one works best for the security and safety needs of my home.

Joseph F was extremely knowledgeable, personable and took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I've been a customer since 2020 and I have been offered to upgrade my system and I have had zero desire to do so. If I do upgrade my account it will be because of the interaction I had with Joseph today. He made the communication smooth, painless and confusion free. Marky was very pleasant. He was able to resolve my issue of my bill going up $27.99 and it should be $24.99 a month. He took it to his supervisor and was able to go ahead and get my charge back to $24.99. Kudos Marky!!! Keep up the good work! Christine Bella

The COVE representative that I worked with today was the best one I have had since I began using COVE. She was knowledgeable, she was patient, and we ended up having a mess to fix and she made it seem easy and seamless. I wish I could get her every time I have to call COVE!

I talked to Adrian,he was well informed, he gave proper time, in fact he was very patient and polite. He deserves a raise, definitely. As it was almost end of his shift, but he stayed and helped me to complete the installation process.
