Multiple violations of UK selling regulations
Purchased an Ender 3 V3 KE in Sep 2024. Was unable to use it for a month until they finally sent a replacement CR-Touch sensor (common fault it appears). The bed appears too warped to print anything larger than 2 inches across. It broke down completely around 4 weeks later (motherboard) and they have not provided a repair or responded to emails. They have also refused returns/refunds since day one, in breach of UK distance selling regulations. As we left a 2 star product review, when prompted, we also note that they filter their product reviews to only show 4 & 5 reviews, which again is against UK selling regulations. Probably the worst product support we have ever seen. Started a 30 day countdown 2 weeks ago, after which a lack of response is considered breach of support contract and next steps will be a Letter of Action, followed by County Court claim including damages. Do not let them get away with it. If they breached your rights too, report them to the appropriate UK Gov agency.
Beware of the return policy!
If you're buying anything from Creality as a gift for someone carefully review their return policy. I got a 3D Scan Ferret for Christmas. Turns out it does not work with iOS (I only have an iphone), so it is unusable for me. I tried to start a return but the person who bought it for me had bought it months in advance of Christmas, so I could not return it. They would not work with me in any way.

I purchased HALOT-MAGE S 14K Resin 3D Printer Combo, but I am extremely disappointed with its quality. It does not meet the expectations at all. On top of that, there is no proper customer support. The phone number they provide is always busy and unreachable, and they never respond to emails either. I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying this product, no matter how affordable it seems. Don't be fooled by the low price it is not worth it

Ordered a 3d printer which was supposed to be in stock. 2 weeks later it still had not shipped. Can't call to cancel order number doesn't work, can't cancel order online there is no links to do so. Contacted by online chat to cancel with them. for the last 5 days I have been told it is cancelled but they have not refunded my credit card. Online chat has no information as to why my money has not been refunded. Looking at having to file a dispute through the credit card at this time.
Terrible customer support
Printer failed to work after just one month. I contacted creality support but kept getting the runaround between department email addresses. I failed to get any support. My request for a replacement item or refund was completely ignored. A complete waste of money as I know have an ornament rather than a Printer!
SCAM?
Can someone please confirm if Creality company is a scam? My husband purchased a machine for me as a Christmas gift that did not work out of the box. He contacted them and they mailed a new motherboard for the machine (brand new but needed a new motherboard??). When it came, it also did not work. We have contacted them to return the machine for a refund and they do not return our messages. Anyone else have this experience with them?
one star but they deserve even less
like everyone, I ordered an ender 3 v3 from the website. it took weeks to get it and don't expect any reliable tracking system. After a month, it broke down. Easy to get the European support, but if some parts need to be replaced, this is the responsibility from the Chinese support. These guys never answer to emails, keep asking the same infos, a complete mess. And at the end, you get nothing.
THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
Had a 3d printer from them as a Christmas present in November. When it was opened, I found that parts were missing (not assembled or in the box at all). Spoke to customer service who refused to do anything (refused a return, repair or refund) as it had been purchased over a month ago and the warranty is only for 30 days. It is a faulty product and warranty doesn't matter. They are a dodgy company and will straight up steal your money, use any other company. Also, they're currently being investigated for using software they stole from other companies, so there's a clue into what this company is really like.
Returns extremely difficult
It is extremely difficult to return a product. I bought a wrong grandson Christmas gift. 3D nebula camera Return requirements said l could only return within 2 weeks after l received it with pictures of all the outside packaging AND pay for return shipping! The time period given to me is different than on the ad and I didn't save outside package.
No replacement or refund
Bought 2 creality printers, both broke and instead of replacing the printers or refund they just send parts for the customer to replace. Don't buy from them, terrible customer service.
Ender 3V3 Plus printer came damaged
I ordered a Ender 3V3 Plus printer, and it came with all the 4 strain gauges damaged. I sent various emails to all the addresses listed and even spoke to the online chat however I never obtained an email response or a confirmation from the online chat, I can´t use the printer, I dont know what to do.

Having the same experience as many others. Ordered during black friday with many others getting initial expected ship dates. Completely understand it getting pushed back with order volume, but when they outright ignore communication and refuse to refund is beyond unacceptable.
Order still hasn't arrived
Ordered in Black Friday sale with the promise of it arriving December 12th - some time has now passed and it has still not arrived, their online support is abysmal and I have not received a reply to my emails asking when it will be dispatched nor whether I can be refunded.
Literally no refund REFUSING
We wrote to the support and sales team regarding a 3D Scanner CR-Scan Ferret SE that is not working as advertised! They keep wanting to try to fix the issue, however we took over an hour scanning an object at the minimum size, and even after post cleanup and processing it was garbage, did not work at all as advertised! They are now ignoring us, and trying to refund only £30 or gift 3D filament.
I just purchased my Creality CR-Scan otto
I just purchased my Creality CR-Scan Auto 3D scanner and wanted to give props to Joy, the representative from Creality, for pointing me in the right direction with its use. The scanner is absolutely worth it! I do think they should provide more demonstrations, as that would be really helpful. I already own three of their 3d printers and am definitely interested in exploring more of their equipment. Thank you, Joy, and the team for the support!
Ender v3 SE loud noises at start
Ender v3 SE, 4 weeks old and 4 prints later loud screaming noises at start and does not go away, even worst when it starts printing. So far waited 2 weeks for a reply from them, nothing just an automated ticket Email from original Email sent with video of issue. I have sent another E mail however I do not expect any conclusion to my satisfaction Personally they don't give a damn once you have paid for something, steer clear of them
