Creality Printer Failed After Days — No Refund Offered

I ordered a Creality printer on April 1, 2025, and received it on April 9. It worked briefly, but within days it started failing: the nozzle clogged, extrusion stopped, and the extruder began clicking from filament jams. I followed all proper procedures and maintenance, and even attempted to clean the nozzle — but nothing worked. The printer became unusable. I reported the issue about 7 days ago and requested a refund. Creality refused, claiming I had passed their return window — even though the issue was reported within a reasonable time and is clearly a hardware defect. Support is slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. Now I'm stuck with a non-functional printer and no refund. If you're thinking of buying from Creality directly, I strongly suggest you think twice. They do not stand behind their products when things go wrong. Issue Description for Creality Support: I'm having multiple issues with my Creality Hi printer. The nozzle appears to be clogged, and the extruder is making a repeated clicking sound, which I believe is caused by filament not feeding properly — likely due to inconsistent or insufficient nozzle temperature. Additionally, the slicer software or built-in cutter is acting strange and not processing files as expected. I need assistance troubleshooting or replacing parts if necessary. i have a video now 50mb to big so what next i tried all night last night and it will not come out i then put heast gun on it see the temp and its not hot enough heat i went as high as 260 c and thats not even correct ok thank you Attachments: 85d2e5ec-ff88-4ae3-a1b0-433b11cd64b2.png (1.70MB) ( period of validity 2026-05-20 19:18:17) b5974aa2-0997-42a2-a6b2-afd2c6b34de3.png (1.72MB) ( period of validity 2026-05-20 19:18:17) 5ea19d1f-4628-46c3-bd2d-d8d831702732.jpg (3.84MB) ( period of validity 2026-05-20 19:18:17) d3fb1c93-6900-4f79-a7a3-e08f3d656410.mp4 (21.91MB) ( period of validity 2026-05-20 19:18:17)

Horrible 3D printers

I purchased the ender 3 V2 Neo. This printer didn’t work! I used it twice, customer service insisted it was the motherboard; I replaced that it still did not fix the problem. Since I had not used the machine it wasn’t even 6 months old I wanted a replacement. They would not respond to my emails! I don’t recommend this product or this company! It is horrible customer service! There are other 3D printers out there that are better than these with great customer service!

Bought ender 5 max

Bought ender 5 max, arrived in non working condition with braked head and other stuff. Contacted a support, and waited for answer for a week, contacted again, they started answering with some weird stuff like send that take pictures, took more then else 1 week. They sayed something they dont know what parts they should send, then i asked to send it back, on what they sayed oh see its already passed 2 weeks and you cant send it back. So they not want fix it under warranty and not want accept back. Clap mine hands to creality. Its garbadge without any support or possibility to use. I made same miatake 5 years ago and now again, china quality is china quality. Avoid if you care your money and time.

Never Buy Again

Never Buy Again. Support a virtuous competitor. My Creality K1Max printer bought (online) in Australia. Has not even printed 1 roll of filament before a very minor jam in the extruder caused the reduction gear to strip teeth off one of the extruder gears. This happened within 12 months, and when I sent photos and the purchase receipt to Creality claimed that part wasn't covered by warranty. Looking at the other reviews, I can see this is the standard line to avoid Consumer Law in this country. AVOID CREALITY.

Awful company do not use

3d printer that was brought in November didn't work when arrived. Fighting for a refund and return they kept giving excuses and promises so filed a charge back though credit card and they are fighting this too. They ruined my child's Christmas and I'm still not able to rectify this month's after the fact. Posted my thoughts on social media and they are deleting the posts so not trustworthy.

Creality sucks

Creality sucks. I had an issue with the printing plate and the included filament. The filament would butcher the print, and if it would work, it would be impossible to peel off the printing plate. I called their customer service, and all they said was to go to their “chatbot” that frankly sucks. All it does is say “hello, how can I help you?” You type “hi” and then after NOT helping AT ALL, it spits out some random gibberish that says no actual words. Just logos. They are so unhelpful. Turns out, Creality is some crappy Chinese brand and I’m not the only one to hate them. Guess why. Every single Ender 3 v3 SE has the same trashy printing plate. Do not buy from them, EVER.

They refuse to send my order

They refuse to send my order, claiming that it's too far away and they want me to provide an address other than my home address. Despite their website stating that they ship to Sweden. I have also tried to get them to cancel the purchase, but again they respond that my address is too far away and they want a new address. Edit: After I opened a case with Klarna, they agreed to cancel my order.

This company has the worst…

This company has the worst administration ever. I’ve been trying for three months to get the correct invoices and VAT refund. They always respond off-topic to my emails. And now they’re making it difficult to refund a few returned items. In short, I will never buy anything from them again.

They scammed me

They scammed me. The printer broke after a normal 'blob', which happens sometimes. Motherboard apparently broke after that. Support says "F__k off" to new motherboard, despite being in warranty in Sweden, and despite it being a normal occurrence. Immediately bought a Bambu Lab P1S. Never buying anything from Creality ever again. Donating the S1 Plus ($500+ down the drain) to someone who has the patience to buy and replace motherboard.

I have had 2 printers from this company…

I have had 2 printers from this company and they're nothing but problems, not a single one if had or a friends had has actually worked for any decent period of time. They're cheap for a reason. I was able to return one through amazon, but the printer I purchased direct I cannot do anything with. Support is slow and to be honest completely useless. If I had the power to completely stop them from trading I would. They might as well send out feces in a bag labelled printer.

I bought a $175 paper weight

Bought CR engraver. Not most expensive an not the cheapest. Took month and a half or so to get it. Had cord missing, and it had the card with the software on it was missing. When I ask for a card with the software on it. They said I'd have to buy my own. That wasn't warranty. Hard to talk to anyone. No help at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO BUY FROM.

Creality A company that is not trustworthy.

Creality. Creality Customer Service A company that is not trustworthy. I purchased a Falcon 2 22W laser cutter on 2/12/24. On 14/1, Creality sent me a Falcon 2 10W instead. This was not what I had purchased, and I have spent two months trying to get them to send the correct laser cutter. Since I do not trust Creality, I have not returned the received product, as I believe I would get nothing in return. My recommendation is: DO NOT buy anything from Creality. If you do, expect to receive the wrong product, a defective product, or even a used product. There is no return policy, no money back, and if you contact Creality, you're talking to a bot. Good luck."

Replacement Circle Of DOOM!

I purchased an ender 3 as my first 3d printer from creality. It sucked, but it was also cheap. I gave them a second chance. After seeing a sale at my local electronics store I bought another printer from creality. Thus printer worked for a while but then started to fail hate me! I had to tweak dozens of settings including the auto z offset which they pride themselves in! Then whilst printing some dnd terrain tiles a bit if the bed ripped of and had been molten into the print. After printing more the hole simply got bigger! I contacted creality and asked for a replacement bed but they asked for pointless details and took ages to respond. Finally they replied and told me that my warranty for the bed had expired and I couldn't get a replacement. Luke it costs them anything! Then after that the say that I should buy a replacement directly from their store! Not a local business. No. Their store. I hoped this helped for you decision making.

Creality K2 Plus + CFS

The printer purchased on the website arrived after about a week and the problems started. The printer has poorly fitted elements and there are missing frame paints. Some of the elements look like they have been used, including the spool holder. CFS didn't work at the very beginning, after many attempts it started working. The belt guide rollers are dirty with some grease, and the X and Y axes drive system is damaged, everything creaks and squeaks so much that it is impossible to stay in the room while printing. The website downplays everything and apologizes for the inconvenience. Additionally, it is recommended to use WD-40 rust remover on damaged drives. I do not recommend the printer itself, it is poorly controlled during assembly and the shipping is defective. In addition, the Creality service itself seems to have an order to ignore all those who report problems. Be careful, I do not recommend either the Creality K2 Plus printer or the Creality company.

I'm being played for a fool!

I've been trying for several months now to get them to sell me a 5$ spare-part, but the customer "support" keeps going in circles, asking the same question, pretending not to understand and/or not being able to remember more that one message back. I'm regreting deeply that i bought one of their lasers.
