Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the online marketplace offers an impressive variety of high-quality fonts, graphics, and design assets from independent creators. Consumers also find the website very intuitive to use, making it seamless to browse, purchase, and download helpful files for various creative projects. However, some people mentioned that the massive volume of listings and weak filtering tools make searching for specific items quite challenging and time-consuming. A few other people also felt that certain digital products lacked finesse, appeared pixelated, or did not match their initial preview images properly.

I don’t like that if I want to pause my member for a few months I loose ALL my accumulated credits that are already mine because I paid for them. That feels unfair and like a scam.
Hi Ana, I am sorry to hear about your credits. Creative Market cannot pause an active membership plan, as this is not a current feature. Credits are removed once a membership is cancelled, either manually by a user or due to a missed payment, as credits are tied to an active membership only. That said, please contact our support team, as they will be able to look into this further for you. [email protected] - CM
Man, the whole situation had me heated from day one. It was a straight-up headache the entire way through. Once Ally Jury came through and helped connect the dots, we finally started seeing some real movement.

Its easy for a seller to create a marketing image on ChatGPT, and bundle none of the items sold, only for Creative market, to direct you to the conn artist to argue, you were missold something, and Creativemarket to ignore management of its market place. poor user experience and at a financial loss. very vary of buying again from them.
