So I went from being aggravated to…
So I went from being aggravated to furious with this company. After a week of trying to figure out how to get a response about not having to get on a conference call with Chime bank to verify my bank information. I finally see that I can apply again and I’m hoping that this time they will get my bank information correct so that it can be verified. Instead, I’m denied for my loan. This makes no sense. I got a preapproved offer in the mail for 3500. Then I use that preapproved offer. And I’m approved for 2500. But when we get to the bank verification process, they have another bank listed as my bank which had me worried from the jumpstart. I’ve been trying to fix this for a week and now I’m denied. I am eligible for this loan if I was eligible a week ago all the same qualifications I have a full-time job and I get pension from the military and I have zero debt. There’s no reason why that I shouldn’t be approved. Don’t send people preapproved offers and approve them and then say they’re denied because you guys messed up on your end. This is infuriating. I guess in the long run I’ve saved myself high interest in a lot of money, but it still makes me mad. I was going to use the money for some dental expenses that came up unexpectedly, but I guess I’ll just have to make it through without you guys. I’d stay clear if I were anyone else reading this.

The company is a reliable company to fall back to when one is in a bad shape financially especially with the crazy hike in cost of living.Especially we the low income earners.
I had bee with Credit Fresh 6 month Snd am very pleased with the service I have received. I am also very pleased with the ease of scheduling automatic payments that coincide with my Social Security monthly payments as the “dates” vary from month to month. It is also very easy to connect with a live agent; my encounters have been very pleasant and informative
Easy approval, also quick access to the requested funds, the only thing I'd change is the enormous interest , paid each month, that being said, I'm the one that needed the money.

I had a 30 year old root canal that erupted. I had to have a tooth extraction plus antibiotics for a infection.. Insurance paid very little of this dental bill. So thank goodness I could draw from my Credit Fresh account to cover my unexpected dental procedure.
What made the company great is that they gave a hard worker like me who barley spend time with his family a chance when I fell into hard times. And I'm very grateful and Thankful, but I do feel like if people make their payments on time and has a nice trend going if the payments lower some. But all around the good definitely out weighs the bad. Credit fresh my family and I Thank you so much.
This service is convenient and super easy. I’d give it 5 stars however, make sure to ask thorough questions about the payback process. I was initially told I’d pay back payments of $34 each time, no matter how much money I requested. It went up to $54 and now $61. I haven’t even used up half my credit limit.
