They are just very unreasonable, they seem to only care about collecting fees, you're not able to change payment accounts, dates or even close the account. You just feel trapped, don't borrow from these people unless you have no other options.

Make sure you read and understand financing
Helps when in a financial bind, but terms are not clear so be aware before accepting. Expected monthly charges instead there are biweekly finance charges of $200 coming out of my bank with a minimal amount of only $34 being applied to the principal balance.
