Grace and the team answer questions or concerns quickly in order for their customers of their program to gain the best experience as well as to enable the highest increase to your credit score. While it can be annoying trying to deal with the credit bureaus at least Credit Secrets gives you the "ammunition" to fight back and get negatives removed.

I cannot believe that they never shut…
I cannot believe that they never shut up. It’s ridiculous, when you hit pay, and you think it’s done after listening to the entire video of 30 minutes of them telling you “this 7 word sentence” and he never tells you so all you want him to do is shut up so you can pay and get on with your day, you do and hoping your free and can go back to work, the same voice, herd comes the voice again, “wait your not done yet” now I am pissed and then you have to listen to him again for another period of time, and all you want is for him to shut the hell up. I won’t pay them another penny because this jack ass will never shut up. Never ever shuts up, it’s complete insanity they say the same things over and over. The only reason you pay them is so they would shut up, but I’m not giving them another dime. I wanted the program nothing else. The talking is too long
