It was a wonderful expierience for me! I had a problem getting logged into the program, so I thought (it was my fault the whole time lol). Customer service communicated very well and were persistent. I ended up speaking with Ann she awesome by BTW! She was very patient thru my idiot moments. Very knowledgeable and overall very helpful. I spoke with a wonderful, very friendly, efficient lady who listened to me babble on far longer than she needed too. She fixed the problem right away, and stayed on the phone with me until she knew it was working. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name because I was to wrapped up in my own issues, which she was so gracious about. Thanks for the fantastic experience!
