Crunch Labs is easy to work with! My kid just turned 8 and wanted the crunch labs box for his birthday. After getting the box and putting together the disk launcher he then explained the flywheel and how inertia works to keep the flywheel spinning. He also explained to me how the lip on the disk helps to keep the disk stable and flying relatively straight. Good Job Crunch Labs!!!
Great first box. My son loved the product but it took longer than expected to arrive. The package arrived a week later than originally scheduled.

Clear communication, despite being overseas shipment

We bought a group gift of a crunch labs subscription for our grandson/nephew. (Yes, it's expensive). It arrived much faster than I expected and we were able to actually gift him his first box within a little less than 2 weeks! He was very excited and it was the first thing he tore into after opening his gifts. He is 7, so he needed a little help putting together his disk launcher, but he had loads of fun knocking over aluminum cans and launching disks all over the house. I'm sure he will love each shipment he gets.
The emphasis on growth in engineering is one awesome thing about Crunch Labs. Also, I like how they integrate fun into create each contraption.

My son loved Hackpacks and I like the concept as well. We have received 11 hackpacks so far and had a lot of fun with them. In the past we only had one issue withe the card dealing robot where we contacted support and after providing sone details we got some parts replaced and the robot os now working. Now the next box was the string plotting robot that was not working. I am trying to get support since June 13 but I only receive ai generated responses and even if those say a human will look into this I never got any human reply. I jumped onto Discord and got immediate help there - we could nail the issue down to a broken servo. But again I needed to contact support to get that servo replaced but again no answer except from an auto reply - even after asking for support on Discord and someone supposedly working at Crunchlabs telling me someone will is going to look into this (July 10) it is now July 14 and I still did not get any meaningful reply from support. I don‘t know what has changed in Crunchlabs support but this went from being great to really disappointing.

The Crunch Labs box arrived in time for my grandsons birthday party. He was so excited to receive his first build box and gave us a huge hug when he opened his gift First thing the next morning he and his dad had begun building. He cannot wait for his next build box. We watch Mark's you tube videos all the time and are very happy our grandson enjoys learning with Mark and his build boxes.
The box arrived quickly and our daughter was able to complete the kit independently the day it arrived. She was so excited and proud of herself!
The shipping and taxes to send this to Mexico where very high and weren´t clear once I did the shopping. So it was a big surprise when I got the card bill and found out the real price for me to get them in Mexico

I wouldn’t even rate it a single star. I purchased the CrunchLabs Elephant Toothpaste Blast. We tried it multiple times with the same disappointing results. I trouble shot it making sure the o-ring was properly sealing. It oozes out without any pressure or explosion. My 5 year old was extremely disappointed and so was I. It’s not cheap, so take my advice and skip this one. Buy a liter of soda, shake it and open the top for a way better result than this disappointment of an experiment.

The instructions were easy enough to follow that it didn't require my supervision as my 11 yr old completed the work.
Mistakenly ordered 2 subscriptions and they worked with me for a refund.
My son absolutely loved his first box!! He can't wait to get the next one. It was the perfect level of difficulty for a 10 year old, he had to problem solve but still enjoyed the process.
The kids are enjoying so much the disc launcher, can’t wait to see the other boxes!!!
This build box was a total hit! My kiddo was so thrilled with their accomplishment, and honestly, I was impressed too. They only needed a little guidance from me to get it done. It's fantastic when they can feel that sense of pride in what they've created. Definitely a win for both of us!
This was a great gift for my seven year old. He is so excited about the build kits and just put together his first one. The instructions are clear, the videos are engaging, fun, and educational, and the materials functioned as described. He’s having a blast!
