We had technical issue and their cuemath leap app has problems. Just 1 class was fine without any tech issue in past 4 weeks ( that too only when tech associate monitored class) I had mentioned this in earlier review and was asked to remove as tech issue is resolved. My bad I should have mentioned by just editing reply to previous post. But every class is so frustrating that their app has issue and we cannot hear what teacher speaks. Seriously this 1 star rating is only coz teacher is responsive and understanding our problem. It’s better to get some simple zoom link option instead of leap website, it’s frustrating and waste parents time to test patience.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Prachi on Cuemath. She has a wonderful way of making math feel approachable and enjoyable for my kids. My daughter is attending cuemath for last 2 years she’s in grade 4 so far the experience is good .. The teacher is mahwish and she did an amazing job with my daughter.. Mahwish takes time out of her schedule to explain the parents about how the student is absorbing the classes and gives a genuine advice on where the student has to improve and how that should be achieved.. keeping parents in the loop is the best thing according to me and she has a lot of patience she explains my daughter repeatedly until she understands the concept and keeps a track on her homework. .. thanks cuemath for assigning mahwish to our daughter

We have been associated with Cuemath for many years, with both of our children enrolled since the COVID period. We initially joined because the 1:4 batch model was affordable, convenient, and effective. Even after moving to the Gulf for a work project, our children continued their classes without any issues, and we remained loyal customers despite periodic fee increases. Now, when we approached Cuemath for renewal, we were informed that only 1:1 classes are available at a cost of ₹1,100 per class. This sudden change has made it financially difficult for us to continue. As long-term customers, we request Cuemath to reconsider our case and offer a reasonable renewal option, preferably a group-learning plan or pricing similar to what was previously available. We hope our years of association and loyalty will be taken into consideration.

The app and teachers are good. However, the time is much too short, especially when mediated by all the technical issues that we face in India - with WiFi and power failures and app freezes, which can many times disrupt the lesson for up to 15 mins. That is a huge amount to give up in a single lesson.

Mrs. Agarwal has been teaching my daughter for more than a year now and she has not only taught her to love math but also taught her 3 grade levels worth of math! The tutor is extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient with her students. I have enrolled my younger daughter with her for tutoring as well. I will definitely recommend her for all ages from elementary to middle to high school.
