Such a loss of money and such poor treatment of loyal customers. After purchasing a large package, we informed CueMath in advance about our summer travel, but they refused to pause the classes and allowed more than half of our prepaid package to disappear.
Our holiday was made stressful by constant follow-ups, with no proper support or solution provided. This experience felt extremely unfair and left us feeling that the company cared more about keeping our money than supporting its customers.
Very disappointing experience.

We have tried to schedule a trial class 3x and all 3 times they cancelled. There is no person you get to talk to. It’s a bot whatsapp messaging that schedules and cancels. They are doing all these ads but reality is that they are a scam!

The approach of Miss Vandana from very start have been very clam , polite and friendly , which have helped us to communicate at ease .. Daksh was and is very open to her … Her way of teaching the topics n the clearing the doubts makes him have more interest towards the sunject .. she always tries to make the class challenging but with fun… so kids dnt loose interest n moves head …
The cue maths is also is very flexible.. regardless of being an online teaching quick response to questions and queries app is easy to use too overall having great experience… has of now … 😊

Teacher Jyoti Gupta, has been tutoring my grade 2 child from Singapore for 4 months now . She has a passion for teaching and it is reflected in her patience.
My grade 2 did not enjoy Mathematics until Teacher Jyoti took over. He excelled well in the subject in his first semester. There was a signifiant improvement. His positive difference was noticed by his teachers too.
Teacher Jyoti, goes ALL OUT to ensure her student has understood a particular topic before proceeding on to the next. There is no rush on finishing. Time is also extended accordingly should she feel the need.
As a parent, I feel that my concerns are looked into by the teacher and she handles them very professionally. For those who are look for tutoring their child with Teacher Jyoti, please do not look further. She is highly recommended by both by child and myself.
