The tutor and student connection was an experience i am thankful to the soft transition with Anuradha Madam she understood my concerns in academics and stream line a session that both the child and parent feel comfortable and made adjustments whenever needed with introducing some puzzle play games to ensure no boredom and child remains focused. My experience with Cuemath's teacher onboarding process has been highly disappointing due to poor communication, lack of coordination, and an unprofessional approach. I completed all the required formalities on time, but my onboarding process suddenly came to a halt because of miscommunication from the assigned mentor. To make matters worse, the team unexpectedly started sending important communications to a different email address instead of my registered email ID, creating unnecessary confusion and delays. After repeatedly following up, I finally received a link for the online assessment. Unfortunately, while I was listening to the mandatory audio instructions, the assessment was automatically submitted without allowing me to complete the test. I immediately informed my mentor, who assured me that a new assessment link would be sent. However, despite waiting and following up, I have still not received it. As an experienced professional, I find this process extremely frustrating. Not every applicant is a fresh graduate with unlimited time. Professionals also apply to teach, and our time deserves to be respected. The repeated communication gaps, technical issues, and lack of accountability have resulted in a significant waste of my time and effort. I hope Cuemath reviews its onboarding process, improves internal communication, and treats prospective teachers with greater professionalism and respect. A transparent onboarding process and timely communication should be the minimum expectation from an organization of this scale.

Our experience with Kamya has been a positive one. It was a little bit of a rocky start, as my daughter took some time to adjust to the tutoring sessions and feel comfortable. However, over the past few sessions, I’ve seen a wonderful change in her attitude and confidence. After her most recent session, my daughter came out smiling, excited, and so proud of herself because Kamya gave her her very first sticker for doing a great job.
