It is ok. But we expected that company be upfront on what computer parts, screens or tablets will be needed for classes. Rather than after payment and classes start and then scrambling for resources. Also we don't have a contact point for any issues generated other than the teacher. Occasionally issues pop up just beyond what teachers ability to check on them. So direct contact point from Cuemath should help for any technology, software or general issues.

We have had a wonderful experience with Cuemath over the last month and a half! Jissy K Madam is an exceptional tutor who provides excellent 1-to-1 attention to my son. She keeps him fully engaged throughout every session, and I've seen a noticeable boost in his confidence with math. Beyond her teaching, coordinating and scheduling classes with her has been seamless and very convenient.
