My friend stated it was easily mounted to his kayak and easy to use. Very helpful in depth and fish location on a kayak without depth finder.
Unit functioned very for ice fishing. No problems rigging crappie and walleye. Only issue is it disconnected multiple times from my tablet. Removed all apps from tablet and updated everything. Would still disconnect from time to time. Tablet was within less than 3 feet of the unit so not exactly sure. Android operating system on the tablet. Other than that it worked great and the battery lasted all day.
The deeper quest I a fantastic piece of equipment. The back up and customer service seems ok . They listen to ideas from the anglers . And they keep on updating the software. I have had some glitches but nothing to bad . I have sent in a request for a new rubber for my remote joystick but have never heard anything back so that needs sorting please
The Customer Service responses were great. The courier they used, not so much. I had to wait 2 extra days when the courier said it was out for delivery, when it clearly wasn't, and was delivered on the 3rd day. Which meant I lost a day's AL waiting fur something that wasn't coming in that day. Deeper themselves were great.
