I didn’t receive the purchase yet but I was contacted by the company's owner with the details of my purchase and the reason for the delay in shipment. 1 star changed to 5 stars for customer service.

My third purchase and I love the feel…
My third purchase and I love the feel of your cotton. The grey I’ve just bought is nit as thick, however, as the two white sets ( bought last year and this winter). They are markedly different but the way water is taken in by them and material dries is EXACTLY the BEST. I am going to buy a set in beige / sand colour this evening actually. On line directly from Delilah site. Thank you for making an excellent product which few other companies do these days. I’m a fan.
