Terrible company I ordered in January…
Terrible company I ordered in January and am still working on getting my purchase reimbursed. My order was not fully filled I received frames first and only 3 posters out of about 11. To date their resolution is I keep the frames without prints at a 50% reimbursement. Alternatively I can return the frames at my expense. They are a joke of a company all customer service is AI there is a phone number where you cannot leave a message and they refer you to their AI platform to submit again on repeat. I am going to file a small claims action and seek travel costs to be reimbursed. These scammers need to be stopped. I encourage everyone to take legal action.

Origins of everything in 20 x 28 has been out of stock for over a year. I have tried to reach out directly to Desenio and asked when it will be back in stock and no response. I have also clicked several times on the notify when back in stock. Because its been a year I'm sure they are not restocking the photo in 20 x 28. They just need to call it and not pretend they are restocking it.

I have ordered from Desenio before. I bought 6 prints pre-framed and the quality of the pieces were superb. The website is easy to navigate. I was able to find what I needed and placed my order once I verified dimensions and all.
