I’ve purchased prints and frames with a mat board on November 9. After waiting for a week for a movement, I have inquired twice about why the package is not moving at all. First response was to wait few more days and see, which I did. There was still no movement, and I’ve reached out second time. This time they told me the package has been lost and offered refund. At this point, I’ve requested a refund. And even to this day, December 2, I still have no products and no refund in my account.
I’ve called my bank to see if there is any refund on hold, or any sort of incoming refund that’s been issued. They have advised me there is nothing at all, and they have checked all the way back to 2 months. The bank has told me the vendor might have not even issued the refund at all, and asked me to reach out to them again. This is absurd.
Update: Sent email asking to confirm the status of refund 2 days ago, no response yet.

Art for my Bedroom
All description related to the items for purchasing was clear and precise. It help me to pick the required art. I am very please to shop in a Canadian store.
Website was fine until the checkout experience. I live in an area that has PO Boxes and the autofill for address kept redirecting me to change my address. Eventually I had to change to my parent's address to complete the order. I checked and the courier uses Canada Post for final mile delivery, so a PO address should have been fine.

It would be best if website indicated…
It would be best if website indicated if fees incurred with cross- border purchase and a chance to review e'thing b-4 confirming purchase. otherwise simple with Paypal.
I like a lot of the prints that are offered on the website, but when trying to make a purchase, I had to change my choice three times either it says it was out of stock or it kicked it out of my check out. Don’t really know what’s going on on the website, but a bit difficult to use those are the only reasons for 3 stars

It took two days to place an order because the order address was not working as it should. Once customer service was talked to on the phone I was able to place the order. Hopefully it will be delivered properly.
I originally purchased a poster gallery for my kitchen. I’m not great with choosing decor for my home. Desenio made it easy. I liked being able to see what different frames would look like on the selected posters on the site before purchasing. The assembly was easy. The gallery looks amazing. So, I’m back to buy more for my laundry room and pantry.
