Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service when I had some issues with my family's 4 accounts, and the fees. The representative, Nancy Zapata, did a lot of research into our account situation, spoke to her department in depth, and came up with excellent solutions. They were also very responsive regarding listening to some of the concerns I had about some of the account limitations, which they'll consider for the future. Digital Trust is always looking to improve their service to be competitive. It is challenging with crypto accounts, because there are layers involving an outside exchange, and security, that makes it a more costly account to maintain and to transact with, but one must understand that.

Brittiany Cole answered my questions regarding a billing question. Ms. Cole explained the fees and assisted me with adjusting the payment dates. Also, in a letter I received notifying me about the RMD for my account. I was given some very good information that helped me understand the requirement of RMD's. Ms. Cole was very helpful and patient with me as I did not fully understand this requirement. Excellent customer service!!
