What people say

The absolute BEST experience

I really, really liked using DiRx. I was searching for a pharmacy that had my medications at a price I could afford because my worthless insurance policy had a $7,500 deductible. I did some research and saw all the good reviews for DiRx. The company was in the U.S. and my doctor actually approved! Using DiRx was magnificently easy. This company has a great website, HUMANS who speak English that answer the phones (!!!) - and organization beyond compare. Everything went flawlessly the first 10-11 months. Toward the end of my first year, I received a call from DiRx saying that at least one of my prescriptions was expiring, and that I should contact my doctor to find out which medications needed a refill. Only after some prodding did the caller mention the metoprolol appeared to be expiring. Up until this point I thought DiRx contacted the doctor to get the approval, but I called my doctor anyway. It got to be very confusing for a while. As it turned out, the metoprolol prescription had expired, but DiRx was actually waiting for a second medication to be received into the warehouse. Even with that bit of trouble, I am actually sad that I will not be using DiRx next year as I will have insurance coverage with a much better pharmacy benefit. However, I know where I will go in the future for medications if health insurance continues to slide into the realm of worthlessness. Thank you DiRx for what you have accomplished and I hope the yearly plans remain available and affordable. With much gratitude...Kim E.

Poor delivery time

On December 12, 2023 my doctor submitted my prescription. I contacted DiRX on December 18, 2023, they then placed my prescription in my cart saying it would be filled and I would be notified when it shipped. I contacted them this evening January 2, 2024 because I still don't have my medicine and it is still in my cart marked as pending. I am on the annual savings plan and my meds are covered, they also have my doctor's number if they have any issues.

Considering that your pharmacy is one…

Considering that your pharmacy is one of the smaller ones that get meds a little later than the larger companies, you did great! I will continue to use your mail order. Thank you for keeping the prices low!

I used to get my meds from Winn Dixie…

I used to get my meds from Winn Dixie but they sold to CVS. CVS is very expensive so I tried DiRx. My doctor called them 3 times but they could not fill my prescription. I asked them to call my doctor and they said they would but I ended up going to CVS because I needed my meds. Price at CVS was triple what I would have paid if DiRx just went the extra mile. I guess you get what you pay for

I still have not received my medicine

I still have not received my medicine . It has been several weeks. At first when I called and person stated exetimibe not in stock . Then I received a text saying it was ready and on its way. I still have have not received my med. this has been over 2 weeks. I would like to cancel my order. I got it filled 2 weeks ago with another company.

The package is now 2 days late

The package is now 2 days late! It has been in transit for at least 5 days from Florida when I live in Missouri. I had no idea that it would take this long to receive! It took almost a month to get it filled. I can not wait 5-6 weeks to get a prescription filled. IF I finally get it AND it is a 2 month supply at the price I paid that would be the only reason your company would get the one star. I am a new customer and am disappointed in the service.

Order took a long time for processing.

I placed an order on December 14th (Thursday) with my prescription from MDAnywhere, and it was shipped on December 22nd (the following Friday), and arrived on December 26th (Tuesday). I contacted your representative via telephone and email more than twice, and I was told that the order would be shipped soon, yet it took more than a week to ship. I couldn't figure out why it was in pending status for so long, and the representatives I spoke to couldn't figure that out either.
