When I found Divorce.com I wondered whether or not this service was even legit. It was affordable and it seemed too good to be true. I thought it must be scam if you aren't paying at least 8-10k for a basic divorce. I took the leap and used Divorce.com for my divorce. Simply because it was convenient, less intimidating and affordable. I started a year ago.. not because it takes a year but because my ex did not want to sign the terms he would ask for and then change the terms again. I was scared divorce.com would fire us as clients for being so annoying. We even had a failed mediation. I was frustrated but my case Manager Alysia and the team on the chat were always available and happy to help. I couldn't ask for a better experience during the most difficult time of my life. After 12 months I finally have a signed settlement and am ready to file, However my ex and I had a change of heart after we submitted everything. Alysia made it easy to cancel and did not make me feel ashamed. The service is great and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a stress free and supportive service.

When I received forms packet, questions I hadn't even answered about Property all showed "No" answers. If I'd been asked about a house, I would have answered "Yes". Of course I have a bank account (nearly everyone does); clothing and jewelry worth more than $100. The directions with the forms are very confusing, and I'm a rather intelligent person. Do not waste your time, energy or money with this "business". Go to a mediator..a real human...for even an uncontested divorce. It might cost a bit more, but it will be worth it.

Divorce.com was very straightforward. The administrators mailed packets and how-to guides with every set. They also have a 24/7 chat bot with the option to opt for a real person if you require help or have additional concerns when getting paperwork ready for filing. I dont think my divorce would have gone as smoothly as it did without their help, and I owe it to them for why I was able to get everything situated the first time.

I've been waiting for the paperwork to finalized my divorce. Went to the courthouse and it has not been filed. Paided About 6 months ago. No response to my emails thus far.
